Great price, quick delivery and watch like new.

Easy to order and quick to deliver, good value for money so can't fault them

I sold them an iphone 17 iit was like new in the box. The price agreed was £505 and upon receiving it they said unless i can show them proof of purchase they would only pay me £405 i asked them to return my iphone as it was a gift and i didnt have the receipt then they said we can pay you £450 i declined and informed them if my device is not returned i would take them to the small claims court. They then suddenly decided to pay me the agreed amount £505. I can honestly say i would not recommend them to anyone very poor experience they are not a trustworthy company and people reading this should remember what i have shared. Go else where

What a crock of crooks.

Took my payment for a phone, then got in touch to say it wasn't in stock:

"Thank you so much for the order, I'm extremely sorry the item was showing in stock due to an error in the system.

We have waited for this item to come back in stock but it has not.

Kindly confirm if this can be cancelled and we will update you once this is with us or please check our site to see if you like another replacement so we can ship a replacement please.

We are offering you 20 pounds extra refund on top of the paid price,

We apologize for the trouble."

They offered a refund with "extra 20 pounds refund". When I try to find another phone on their site (oddly I mentioned which one I wanted to them), it had gone up in price by £21.

I decide to take them up on their offer of refund + £20, so I could source the phone I wanted elsewhere (or from them). But now they say the offer was tied to buying another device from them.

They have since said "... unfortunately, we cannot provide any additional funds, as our system does not allow us to add extra amounts to a refund."

It took 2 days+ to issue the initial refund, but there is no sign of the extra £20, as promised in writing.

Crooks. Or just incompetent, either way, avoid (this after having bought two phones from them previously).

Very good experience, again. this is the third time I've used Handtec and each time the service has been quick and efficient. Most important the phone has match the description online

Great phone delivery was good

I sold a Google Pixel 10a.

The price offered online was met after they had inspected the device.

There was excellent communication at every step of the process, and the funds were paid into my bank account in a very timely manner.

From posting my device, using the prepaid Tracked48 Royal Mail service on 28 Aug, the whole process, including the funds into my account, was completed on 3 Sept. Bearing in mind there was a Bank Holiday during these dates, I’m genuinely impressed.

Although the mobile phone is graded as "good condition," it is in excellent shape and offered at a very reasonable price compared to similar items on the market. Customer service communication was outstanding, and delivery took place exactly as scheduled. Furthermore, the packaging adhered to safety standards, ensuring the item arrived intact—free from any scratches or damage.

Saw a phone I was looking for a long time on a great offer, it was classed as “good” so I had a few doubts, got in touch with customer service. They were quick to respond and answered every query. I ordered the phone straight away (on a Friday evening, normal delivery) received super quick the next morning. Was worried about the condition of the phone but to my surprise it was in excellent condition with a 99% battery health. Super happy!

Had an excellent experience with handtec. The delivery was fast and I was kept updated throughout. The price of Samsung A55 was fantastic, over a hundred quid cheaper then anywhere else online. The phone was described as excellent in condition and met this standard. The only minor issue I had was the phone had some dirt buildup around the camera lenses and in charging port, but this was easily remedied. All in all a good experience and I will be using them for future purchases.
