Legit company, but heavily low ball you.
Quited £260 offered £87 couldnt be bothered with the hassle of having it returned so accepted.

First time using Grade Mobile and unfortunately I’d be reluctant to use them again.

The iPhone 15 I traded in was in excellent condition, having always been kept in a case with a screen protector. I appreciate that their inspection may have identified minor marks that weren’t visible to the naked eye, but I didn’t feel these justified a £70 reduction from the original valuation.

I contacted customer service to query this and specifically asked for photographic evidence of the condition they were referring to. Responses were very slow, and while I was waiting for them to come back to me, their 48-hour acceptance period elapsed. They then automatically treated the revised valuation as accepted and issued the payment to my account — despite the fact that I was actively disputing it with their customer service team.

I personally don’t have the time or energy to continue fighting this, so I’ve reluctantly accepted the payment. However, the whole experience has left a bad impression and I won’t be using Grade Mobile again.

I’d advise anyone considering trading in a phone with them to proceed with caution, particularly if the final valuation comes back lower than expected, and to be aware of the 48-hour automatic acceptance window.

My son lost his first phone ordered from Grademobile while we were on holidays. There was no other place where we would buy our second one as first order was excellent. Order placed and arrived before we arrived from holidays.

I thought my Apple phone for its age was in good order and was disappointed with my offer. Initially the envelope to post it away didn’t arrive but I messaged and they sent another one. Posting it was simple and receipt was acknowledged quickly. I had trouble logging in but that could have been my fault as I forgot my password. They did offer to post it back post free but I accepted the offer and payment was made immediately. They gave a detailed explanation on why the offer was so low.

Bought a reconditioned phone, for a great price, phone is immaculate. Would recommend this company as they seem slightly cheaper than others and the service is efficient.
