The dress that I ordered was lovely when it came (Betty style) but I would say on the smaller side. I returned it straight away via DPD tracked parcel (12.8.2026) but I am still awaiting a refund as apparently they can see i returned it but they've not received it from DPD. Personally I won't be ordering from here again or recommending them, which is a shame as the dress was lovely. I did read some negative reviews about waiting 3 months for refunds and having to chase them but decided to give them a try anyway. Disappointed to say the least.

Bought the black and red floral Danni dress for my cousin's wedding and it arrived when expected and was gorgeous! Got so many compliments and made me feel so pretty, especially as a bigger girly

I bought 4 dresses for a wedding. I kept the yellow one and it was the most flattering comfy dress I’ve worn! Colour was beautiful. Company is really helpful and contactable. I will deffo reorder more!

The dresses are gorgeous and true to size. The material is lovely too. I had an issue with 1 dress having a slight pull and customer service responded very quickly. They provided a refund for my shipping since there was not an option for replacement. 5 star service and products. Quick delivery. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointing customer service and refund experience

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Girl in Mind.

I returned all dresses and followed the correct returns process. I provided the Royal Mail tracking information and proof of return, so there is clear evidence that I sent the items back.

What has been particularly frustrating is the conflicting information I have received. I have been told that my refund was approved, yet I am still being refused my £88.30 refund. I have repeatedly provided the tracking information and explained the situation, but I continue to be passed around rather than having the issue resolved.

I have emailed customer service five times and, due to not receiving adequate responses, I have now had to contact the company through Instagram just to try to get someone to deal with the matter.

I have allowed more than enough time for this to be resolved. I should not have to repeatedly chase a refund after returning the items and providing proof. Any issue between the company’s returns system and Royal Mail should not leave me out of pocket.

I have now escalated the matter to my bank and the Financial Ombudsman Service and have provided the relevant evidence and correspondence.

I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. The issue itself could have been resolved very simply, but the lack of communication and conflicting information has made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.

I would strongly recommend improving the customer service and returns process, particularly when customers have clear proof that items have been returned.

I sent customer service department an email regarding sizes as I wanted to make sure I had ordered the correct size. They responded very quickly & answered my query. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding & both dresses fitted really well. The cut of the dress was perfect, the colours were exactly like in the picture. Very pleased with both dresses!

I ordered numerous dresses to try for a wedding. They arrived quickly and were all lovely. Choose one and returned the rest easily. Items were refunded quickly and I received a email confirming the refund.

Ordered 4 dresses in all . Difficult to choose just one they were all really nice and good quality .

Got beautiful lemon dress for wedding coming up very pleased with quality and price size 16 perfect fit nice stretch to it just one thing it's falling of my shoulders as I have petite top.half but very happy

I ordered around 8 different dresses from here for a wedding,eventually i found 1 that i could wear and fitted well.
All the products I received from them were in very good packaging,they were delivered very quickly,any returns were dealt with very efficiently and their customer service was fantastic always responded to any of my queries via email in a timely manner.Good quality products highly recommend.

Really good quality dresses. Bought 4 dresses to try and only needed one so returned the other 3 (they were all gorgeous though!). Customer services supported me when the online return portal wasn’t working. Definitely recommend!

Great speedy delivery and packaged well. Dresses are good quality and hang lovely. Just as beautiful in real life as they are in the pictures.
