I would have give a 5 stars for the quality, workmanship and the happiness on my wife face! But it came much later than the date of our 55 years wedding anniversary.
I paid the extra to guarantee that the necklace would arrive on the date given on the website. I did ask also of an upgrade to a “real” Emerald stone. What was not clear ( on the website) was that a new necklace had to be manufactured to accommodate the real emerald!
The staff was very supportive and offered alternatives but I liked my original choice and accepted to wait.
I would strongly recommend to communicate with a representative of the firm whenever there is any changes on the product as advertised before finalising any deal to avoid surprises.
Would I return for future eventual purchase, sure I would!
