I bought four bags of Carolina Reaper crisps expecting serious heat, but they weren’t spicy at all. For something advertised as “the world’s hottest,” this was a complete letdown. and there support is very bad they were ignoring me when i said it to them
Fabulous service, answered my email query promptly, I placed an order Monday evening collected Tuesday evening. Fantastic company! I had an issue with a damaged package. They replaced the damaged items and gave an extra package of sweets. I ordered two large boxes of lucky charms and two peanut butter snickers bars. The lucky charms were reasonably priced compared to other places and the shipping came sooner than expected. 10/10 would recommend.
