The meals are really nice
The meals are really nice. They are healthy but still tasty which is great. So great having the exact amount of ingredients there. No weighing or measuring or estimating bad cooking too much/little.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience – poor quality, broken promises and no real improvement
I have to say that my experience with HelloFresh has been increasingly disappointing.
Firstly, the introductory offer of two pepper and salt mills, which was promised when I signed up, never arrived. Despite contacting customer service and being assured that they would be included with one of my subsequent deliveries, nothing ever materialised. I was also promised an email with a link to redeem the offer, but that never arrived either.
Unfortunately, this is not the only issue. The quality of the fresh produce has been consistently disappointing. Across approximately seven or eight deliveries, I have repeatedly received green beans that were already going off, wilted lettuce and spinach that was wet, damp and showing signs of mould. The situation became so frustrating that I eventually started choosing recipes without green beans because I simply couldn’t rely on receiving them in an acceptable condition.
What makes the whole experience even more frustrating is the approach of customer service. Their standard response seems to be to offer yet another discount to encourage you to place another order. But a discount is not a solution to a recurring service problem. It does not improve the quality of the ingredients, ensure promised offers are delivered or address the underlying issues.
In my opinion, this is a fundamental failure of any serious business. Customer retention should be based on delivering a reliable, good-quality service, not continually offering discounts to persuade unhappy customers to keep ordering.
I would much rather see HelloFresh invest in improving its quality control, delivery standards and customer service than receive another promotional discount.
Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I cannot say that HelloFresh is delivering the quality or reliability it promises.

The meals look good but because of a death in the family I have been unable to cook any of the meals so far so have frozen the meat and fish and given away some of the food also.The delivery service is spot on and the quality of the food looks great

Both good and bad impressions
I really like how everything you need is in a box and separated by bags per day. It's very easy and handy.
The first week was perfect.
2nd week is just ok, I had lunch and dinner but the taste of the food wasn't very good and one of the vegs wasn't in good conditions from the very first day.
I undestand this could also happen.

Have been trying to claim the salt
Have been trying to claim the salt
And pepper mills the past 3 week but they never come in my box. I have contacted support numerous times via chat and email but they tell me they will follow up and then ignore me. I’m told every week that they will come the following week but don’t, they are just trying to make me pay for another box. This is false advertising and they need to be investigated.
I also ordered beef mince but received pork mince which I can’t eat, again was told they would look into it but are now ignoring me. Well able to make my money though!
