What I love most about Hello Fresh is…the time it gives me back
What I love most about Hello Fresh is that it is easy. With ALL of the stuff going on in life, all the responsibilities that I have, not having to think about what to cook for the next week, then not having to go shopping at the weekend which is already busy is THE best thing about it. That and the range of delicious recipes that make me feel like I'm eating out every night. Hello Fresh gives me time back, it gives me breathing space as it's over less thing to have to worry about and be responsible for.

The recipes are truly great,tasty,different and perfectly portioned.
The amount of packaging is a bit too
much for the size of the portions but all round great experience.
Unfortunately, I did not read the small print and did not realise that I was signing up indefinitely. I am not ready to commit just yet to boxes every week but you are doing an amazing job.

I love the variety of choice and the app is easy to use. The ingredients are fresh and there is plenty for 2 of us so good value. Preparing and cooking is fun and easy and the taste is different and better than home cooked.

Absolutely appalling service from…
Absolutely appalling service from HelloFresh.
Our delivery simply did not turn up. There was no meaningful warning, no indication beforehand that it was going to be cancelled, and we were left expecting a delivery that never arrived.
The whole reason we use a service like HelloFresh is because of convenience and reliability. Both my wife and I work full-time, including evenings, and we have a 10-month-old baby. This particular week we were exceptionally busy and had deliberately relied on our HelloFresh delivery rather than finding time to go shopping. As a result, we were left without the meals we had planned for the entire week and had to scramble to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.
What makes this considerably worse is that this is not the first time HelloFresh has failed to deliver. A meal-delivery service that cannot reliably perform the one fundamental service customers are paying for — actually delivering the food — is essentially useless.
Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is cancelling or failing to fulfil an expected delivery without adequate notice, particularly when customers have organised their week around it. Had we been told in advance, we could at least have made other arrangements.
HelloFresh markets itself as a convenient solution for busy households. Our experience has been the exact opposite: unreliable, disruptive and an additional source of hassle. This latest failure was the final straw.
I would strongly advise anyone considering HelloFresh not to depend on it for their weekly meals. Based on our repeated experience, you simply cannot be confident that your food will actually arrive.

Subpar quality
I didn't realise delivery isn't included. Previously, I ordered from Gousto, I could choose my recipes by Friday and have them delivered Monday. This wk I hadn't chosen by Wednesday and meals were selected that I would not have picked. Also, the quality of the veg has been subpar, eg an onion was soft and brown inside and the greens were wilted when they were delivered.

I love the recipes
I love the recipes, food quality is great. All the ingredients are fresh, enough spices to make a delicious dish. You don’t have to think much while cooking- just follow the recipe and after 20-30 minutes you have a nutritious, tasty meal. In busy time it’s such a relief to get that one think out of your head.

Be aware you are subscribed to a weekly payment with a very short deadline for cancellation.
App was impossible to work , I have deleted and downloaded but still will not work, so I was not able to read all info on my app.
Going into hospital for surgery next week (hence my trial) but they refuse to cancel even though it’s 5 days away.
I would not use Hello Fresh again, it does not protect your rights as an Irish consumer.
You could offer an option of 1 trial, without a permanent subscription.
Make it very transparent on line.
App does not work for everyone
Cancellation period is way too short considering lifestyle changes and indeed health changes. Emergency challenges.

Loving it. Hardest part is to pick what you want to order. It’s made dinner time interesting again. You can pick your own meals or they will randomly do it for you. Everything has arrived so fresh (3 weeks now) your cookin restaurant standard taste at home in my eyes. ☺️ keep up the good work.

I had an incorrect digit on my eircode…
I had an incorrect digit on my eircode but had included correct address. I suggest a link between eirode and address when setting up account
I did get 50% credit, whilst it was my mistake I clearly had Cork entered as the County on my set up but Kildare was printed on the address based on the eircode
