Had lots of orders from here,this time I had to send 2 sets of towels back I wasn’t happy with them. I’ve been trying to get a refund since the 17 August,emailing to tell them I’m waiting for my refund I’ve sent over the order number,tracking number but it’s failing on deaf ears,seems like I’m going to have to get a charge back from my bank,I’m fed up now of going back and forth with them. I’ll never use this company again,buyer beware…

Came on time ,all just as I expected them to be ,the tree is so full once U have fluffed the branches out .the bath mat is bigger than I thought it would be but love them all

Very aesthetically pleasing but quality terrible
I am one of thier affiliates and i praise other items previously purchased but the self assembly furniture is awful and if you make a mistake screws get damaged and the wood splits

You asked if I wanted a Refund and I have said Yes. No reply.

I received 2 boxes which I was expecting as it was a large order. 1 box contained part of my order, 1 box was somebody else’s. It’s taken several emails - some not being replied to to be finally asked if I want the remainder of my order - have had no confirmation of my reply so still don’t know if I’m getting my other items. These were for my new business. Items ordered to match but only received half of them - no matching sets!! Not happy. Doesn’t bode well for future orders!

Great curtains for spare room. Needed ironing before hanging though

They were so long on sleeve, the small to medium is what I ordered, not returning will use to keep warm in house not for my walks, also disappointed no pockets. Saying all this they were only eight pounds so they are what advertised

Dreadful customer service given email from there WhatsApp what doesn’t work ordered month ago still not received my order don’t expect any help if your order goes missing or they don’t send it . I’ve orderd before no problems but this time won’t be using them again

As everything I have bought from OHS I was very pleased with the value for money and always check each day if there is anything new I fancy, and the quick delivery is great

I purchased some bath sheets and the quality of these items for the price was excellent. Previously I ordered so bedding and again the quality was excellent.

Placed order before 2pm, paid extra for Saturday delivery, they did not bother shipping my items.... Will not shop with them again.... Awful service...Hope you will send a refund at least...

Awful!
The bathroom storage unit I ordered arrived with nearly every single piece damaged. There was even one piece that has clearly been "repaired" badly with tape. I took photos of every single pannel and had returned it to an inpost locker within hours of it being delivered. I sent more detailed photos to customer service and it takes them days to respond aswell. I had initially asked for a replacement but with the lack of customer service I have now requested a refund. It will be interesting to see if this happens or not!

I was really impressed with the customer service from Limeez. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, but Limeez dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. I received a full refund and was also able to keep the item, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Limeez, for making the whole process so easy and hassle-free. I order from OHS frequently. They're products are good, delivery service also very good.
I did make an order recently for their next day delivery which I paid £9.99 for. Sadly the order didnt arrive the next day...or the next day after that, it arrived the day after.
I got in touch with customer service. Sharntè was a great help, she issued my refund straight away for the delivery expense..no questions asked.

I was happy with my order as always

I have used OHS several times never had ant issues what so ever until this latest order, which was not anything OHS had done it was purely someone taking the delivery and denying they and it, and OHS sorted all this out instantly

That experience will not put me off using them again

Customer service was excellent. There was an issue with delivery, but it was resolved quickly.
