Great shuttle bus service
Great shuttle bus service. The distinctive pink colour of buses/ bus stop etc was easy to spot. Parts of the car park was very rough ground and big puddles.

Dirty product
Ordered sunglasses for my 2 year old and they were delivered today (Ireland). I was shocked and appalled at how dirty they were. Looked liked years of grime had built up in them. Very unprofessional, and quite frankly disgusting to send product out in that condition.

Terrible prepay experience
My sister and I prepaid for our cars and were emailed reference numbers. Took copies of the numbers with us and when the barrier did not go up when I drove up to it I pressed the button for assistance to be told that the reference number provided was not one of their numbers.
Then when I provided the car park number that was also provided on the email i was provided with a ticket. The same thing happened to my sister who was driving directly behind me.
When we returned from holiday we did not know if we would have to pay twice for the parking but put ticket into pay station and their was notthing to be paid on it. We were very disappointed with the service. Even the car park was in poor condition.
