Booked parking for Belfast city airport…
Booked parking for Belfast city airport and when we arrived with an important client in the car, the ANPR camera and the QR code for the booking didn’t work meaning I had to pay the £103 parking again at the gate.
Went on website to contact them and it’s a standard form of leaving your details for them to contact you back??
I expect a full refund to be processed to my card within 48 hours as you did not honour the contact or I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge

Disappointing booking process
I was extremely disappointed with Looking4.com and has put us off booking with them again! I booked my parking back in March and paid in full. The day before we were due to fly I tried to find the confirmation email of the booking and couldn't find it. I looked on their website under "Manage Your Booking" and clicked the tab "click here to resend your booking confirmation email" of which the response was "There was an error trying to send the email". It was out of hours and I couldn't get hold of them and had to book with another company. When I got back to them after my holiday they said my confirmation had been sent to the correct email address and they even gave me the booking reference. I went back to their website under "Manage Your Booking" and entered the booking reference and there it was! I also tried the tab "click here to resend your booking confirmation email", the error was still there. Clearly their website doesn't function correctly and they haven't given me a refund.

Disappointed …
We have used looking 4 parking for all of our trips when staying at various airports and they have been fantastic, but unfortunately our last booking with them left us extremely disappointed and has put us off booking with them again! When we landed at Leeds Bradford airport we was expecting our car to be waiting for us but unfortunately when we called them to say we had landed they told us there was an ongoing dispute in regards to the parking of cars and that we would have to get an uber to collect our car which was around 10 miles away and that we would be refunded for this! Unfortunately we havent been refunded, they have passed us back and forth saying its not down to them as they are a comparison website!! If this is the way they deal with problems that arise then we wont be using them ever again! We are still waiting for our refund and are so disappointed with the way this has been handled 😞 Also just to add... I have just found out that no meet and great service would ask you to park in the 1hr free parking zone and that these are rougue companies, its been highlighted at Leeds bradford airport and in various newspaper reports!! I highly doubt i will be using looking4parking again if they are using these types of companiesto park our cars!!!

I booked parking with looking 4 parking Luton initially on 31 May to June 06 at a cost of £87.87, we had to extend our stay for 4 days and I was told to make a new booking which I did at a cost of £263,87! Which I paid as I had no choice, how can you justify this cost, I will not use you again

We do not have any control over the initial car parking prices that are shown on our price comparison website, they are provided by the car parking companies directly and we are on live rates which means that the prices are subject to change on a half hourly basis. Many factors can affect the prices such as peak travel dates and availability at the car parks.
Bookings can be amended online via our members area however, the price would still be subject to live rates.

Absolutely no payment as indicated I have looked at my bank accounts as intimated by them and no payment whatsoever!!! Avoid at all costs
This company should be ignored at all costs!!!
They have fraudulently kept £104.06 that should have been refunded to me after I advised them in plenty of time of my cancellation.
Stupidly I made another booking with them and fortunately it did work out ok.
I have had many emails with them but to no avail!
No way to contact them other than by generated email communication.
I have started Section 75 process against them but let this be a warning to you all.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

I can view we were contacted in March with a request to amend the booking.
As a bundle booking was made we were unable to amend the booking as bundles are non-amendable, this is advised on your booking confirmation.
We advised to make a new booking for the new details on our website and send the new booking confirmation to us and we would then process a full refund.
The funds were returned to you on 19/05 and I would advise to check your bank statement.

The bus driver Simon is an absolute credit to the company 👏 he got off the bus to help people on with their cases, he was friendly and so helpful and even waited for people to get cases out of the car and went to help them. I hadn't receive the access code for the parking by pail after the reservation on the site. Even in my spam box, no message. I contacted Airport Parking to explain the problem and I received a response the day after with the code and all the explanation to process
