Disappointing customer service – delivery issue not resolved
My parcel was delivered to the wrong door number, even though I provided the correct delivery address. When I eventually found the parcel, it had already been opened and several items were missing.
I contacted SHEIN multiple times to resolve the issue. They acknowledged that the courier had delivered the parcel to the wrong address, but they still refuse to take responsibility for the missing items.
I have been communicating with a customer service representative named Violet, but she has not provided any actual assistance or solution. Instead, I keep receiving the same repetitive email stating that all items were packed by the warehouse and asking me to check the parcel again, despite me explaining the situation numerous times.
After weeks of communication, I still have no refund, replacement, or proper resolution. Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for the delivery issue.

What a rip off company
What a rip off company. I ordered 3 pairs of mens trainers from them and had to return them as they were coming up a little small. Did reorder the next size up, though. 3 days later I receive an email stating that they cannot refund me for 2 brand new pairs as they didn't match my return order. WTAF! Won't help me, gave me a half assed picture that didn't show the whole return and could have been anything and now I'm out of pocket. DO NOT USE unless you are willing to lose your money.

Poor quality.
The clothes are not sized correctly. The quality and materials are poor. I only ordered once and will never use SHEIN again.

Cancelled order
I’m sick fed up with SHEIN cancelling my orders when you question it they tell you contact my bank, where it clearly they are at fault absolutely shocking the they can treat there customers, the order number GS01R41370001R9 paid in full through Klarna £15.92 it was unfortunate that my back card stolen and I had to switch credit card of witch I didn’t keep in my wallet it’s still a horrible way to be treated.

Account frozen for months with no real…
Account frozen for months with no real explanation
My SHEIN account has been "temporarily frozen due to irregular activities" for over 8 months, and I haven't been able to make any purchases since. I've contacted customer service and also emailed the complaints team multiple times, and every time the response has been that this is "routine" and that the account will "reset itself" — but with no actual resolution or timeline given.
There's been no clear explanation of why the account was frozen, and I haven't been asked to verify my identity or complete any steps that would actually resolve it. Being left waiting this long with zero transparency is not acceptable for a customer who has used the site normally.
I'm asking for a real resolution to this issue, or at least a genuine explanation of the cause and the steps needed to get the freeze lifted.

They encourage scammers
Had a parcel delivered from shein we never ordered, never bought anything from them ever. Looked online about this kind of issue & it's a brushing scam. Contacted shein who directed me to sheen uk who basically don't want to get involved & said I could contact the courier. I've now contacted them (relay) but I don't hold much hope, so any scammers are given the green light to hide behind shein. Disgusting

AVOID refuses refunds
I made a £150 order. Ended up sending around £90 worth of goods back (in one package) Only £47 refunded claiming they hadn’t received 3 items back. Proof of postage was given but still refusing to refund so I am currently out of pocket. This is after complaints and escalating. Responses are like copy and paste messages. Consistently repeating the same things and not listening to myself the customer. Really poor service. AVOID if you don’t want to be ripped off

Who is "SHUVIEN"?.When I Google SHEIN comes up. I placed an order on 6th August, two weeks gone and not an email confirming shipping. They didnt even give me a tracking number. Received an email when ordering was placed and that's it. I phoned Shien, this morning and they cannot help as it's not one of their order number and I had no tracking number. The order #1257 which was placed on the original email to confirm order.
I am giving these people till today and if I don't hear from them, which I doubt. I've sent so many emails I found in Google search and all comes back failed.
Whoever you are and Shien, if you're part of this company deal with it. I will contact my bank either later this afternoon or in the morning..
I stupidly placed the order thinking I was going through Nutrient Geeks, that delivers in 2 - 3 working days.
I will certainly not be caught again. This company operating under SHUVIEN looks to me a fraudulent company. Don't be caught off guard I did. Too many scammers and gives you the impression that they're operating from the UK to realise it's Chinese fooling us. Be Warned!

Overall experience is good. Price of clothing, clothing material and the size all excellent. Even the delivery (in post) is very good . The issue of not being able to suggest the safe place to delivery remains.

Don’t buy from Shein
I bought 5 dresses, that looked very good on the site.
They arrived quickly, the actual dresses were very different from the pictures.
I have tried to return them , but unable to get a return label , this has been going on for days.
They make it so complicated, and there is no one to ask ‘What is going on??’.
I certainly would never order from Shein again .
