AVOID refuses refunds
I made a £150 order. Ended up sending around £90 worth of goods back (in one package) Only £47 refunded claiming they hadn’t received 3 items back. Proof of postage was given but still refusing to refund so I am currently out of pocket. This is after complaints and escalating. Responses are like copy and paste messages. Consistently repeating the same things and not listening to myself the customer. Really poor service. AVOID if you don’t want to be ripped off
