Got To Play Tennis!
I love playing tennis but have arthritis and 2 bone spurs in 1 hip and my hip and knee can hurt for days after playing. I use my light pad almost every evening while watching TV. It gives awesome relief and keeps me going! I am hoping to avoid a hip replacement. My husband uses it on his back. Recently multiple rows of lights stopped working after having it less than 2 years. I contacted NovaaLab and sent a picture of my pad. Within 2 hours they had contacted me back and had a new pad on the way at no charge. Frankly I was floored to get everything resolved so quickly and without a lot of back and forth. Customer service was awesome and they stand behind the product! I love my NovaaLab pad!

When my red light pad stopped working
When my red light pad stopped working, I reached out to Novaalab and explained the situation. Upon learning my pad was still under warranty, I was asked to make various videos trying different attachments and attempts to get the pad to work. After a few videos, and being requested for more videos, I lost my patience and offered a number of times to return the kit so Novaalab could test it themselves, so they could figure out the issue. They refused to give me the address to return the item. Finally in frustration I began to look at competitors on the web to replace the item as this was now going on for a month. It was only then that the pad was promptly replaced and sent to me. I appreciate what Novaalab red light therapy does for my family but would have liked the issue addressed sooner, as my partner and I have back complications, and find red light therapy eases muscle and nerve pain.

In the beginning there was some "back and forth" with your team. Once we sent pictures of the burned jack on the power pack, the back and forth ended and y'all very quickly sent the replacement battery pack and cord. We are very satisfied with the treatment we received. Those we dealt with obviously made good notes in your system because they did not "miss a beat" when the next one picked it up.

Questionably safe or effective
Questionably safe or effective. The multi spectrum mouth device for oral care is questionably safe. I tried it for two weeks and it increased the sensitivity of my teeth and nerves in my teeth. I cannot explain this. It also caused my teeth afterwards to feel as if they were not meeting together properly. I am senior aged so cannot comment on any therapeutic benefits. I would say use at your own risk. There is insufficient data to prove this device or these light spectrums are truly beneficial and it may be the buyer is the guinea pig. I do enjoy infrared therapy on exterior muscles etc and have used that for years as needed. They were relatively easy to return the item but don't settle for the discounts, insist on full refund.

My seven-week experience
For the last thirty months, I have been recovering from major injuries sustained from being rear ended by a very negligent driver. After 28 months, the pain had not improved. After using this product, the pain and arthritis in my right knee, the bones in my right hip area, the right rib cage area, and the pain radiating throughout my back have greatly improved to the point where I may be able to start the physical work of maintaining the landscaping of my home. I have also bought the 20" x 24" pad for my wife and daughter. They are also finding relief. And I use the facial mask. I am very happy I have invested in these products.

I am going to ask for a refund. I received a completely damaged package that was taped, with clear tape, to repair the box. It appears that I reviewed an item that was returned to your company. Given that this is an oral device, I find it unacceptable. I thought I was paying for an unused and new device.

I have the pad
I have the pad.I like the size and the warmth. I know I had the pulse on a couple times but not sure how I did it so I think your product needs to explain operations better. I feel like it helps my joints feel less stiff & achy. I haven’t had it very long and not sure how long time wise to leave it on and if I should use it every day or not. I saw a U-tube video saying Not to over use them!
