Purchased for my daughter who has osteoarthritis. She has used it faithfully as instructed and is hopeful for the good results others have testified too. Ask again in 3-4 weeks we will have a better idea than one week in.

I am a dancer and was getting back to it after several months of a grad school related hiatus a tad faster than my lower back found agreeable. I ordered Novaa Back Pad to treat a tear of connective tissue in the lumbar region (debilitating pain while sitting and standing during the first days of injury). I felt subtle but immediate relief as I put on the pad (pain 10 out 10 at that time). My recovery is going very fast with a 10-15% improvement per day after the first 2 days (which I largely spent in bed). Novaa Back Pad is undoubtedly a great recovery partner!

Over priced Chinese crap
Do not pay full price for this generic Chinese product marketed and priced to be amazing. For $300, you get a very small heating pad with a blue light that you can't turn off, and spammed to death. If you want the wireless adapter, it's extra. Customer service feels pretty much like AI and they know almost nothing about the product... except how to up sell the customers. Given their attitude towards customers, they are probably selling customers' data. I unsubscribed from their spam and useless information. Customer service is so bad that didn't make note my displeasure about the whole experience so much that they asked me to write a review, so here it is.
On the upside, it got here fairly quickly-ish.
UPDATE - immediately following the below AI response, I received more spam after unsubscribing last week. Lol

Wonderful Therapy
The customer service I received from Novaalab was outstanding. The red light therapy is a comfort to my husband due to an injury to his shoulder. It's so comforting to him, it puts him to sleep. I use the therapy too, on my back and shoulders. We initially found out about the therapy from a physical therapist.
The red light therapy has made a difference in a positive way for both of us.

A great investment for maintaining optimal oral health
I am a huge believer in red light therapy for it's many proven benifits. I have been using a panel for 5+ years and a full bed weekly for two years. I recently added the novaalab oral care pro as an adjunct to my oral health hygiene. I'm impressed with the ease of use and the support that I have received from the company. They immediately reached out when I received the device to make sure I was comfortable with the instructions and use. I have consistently used the mouth pro now for 2 weeks,, I’m confident that this oral mouth pro is helping my gums remain healthy. I highly recommend this device. It is reasonably priced, easy to use and comes with superior customer service.

I ordered a device from Novaalab for my knee. It was delivered when promised. The device would not fit properly on my knee. My representative Jastly immediately took care of my problem by sending me a Velcro strap at no charge. This family owned company’s service is outstanding. I wish all companies were as service minded as Novaalab was for me.
