I experienced terrible customer service…
I experienced terrible customer service from this company. My order did not arrive despite multiple emails saying it had been delivered. When I called, I spoke to a woman who gave me misinformation and barely spoke English. She said it en route. It was not. Next I turned to NovaaLab support via email and was told the carrier couldn’t find our building. The address is in large numbers on our building. I tried support a second time and was assertive about my frustration and false information. The response showed photos of the delivery EXCEPT that wasn’t our building. It was delivered to a place on a different street! I eventually found the product. Finally. My assessment is that NovaaLab is hiring cheap personnel to increase their profits. In all fairness, I should add there is construction in our area. Maybe the carrier got confused. Still, the package was not delivered to our street or building. I haven’t used the product yet. Friends love it, so this is not a criticism of what the company sells. I’m eager to give it try!

Hi Bill! We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t noticed the results you were hoping for with your Novaa XL Pad. The outcome varies. Some get positive results in just a couple of days, and some take a month. That's why we extended our refund policy from 30 to 60 days so our clients can have more time with the therapy. It all depends on the person's condition and how the device was used. Remember, consistency is key.

This company is run by inept, incompetent ppl to not send me the PROPER prepaid return label... which ISN'T USPS.
So I had to pay out of my own pocket $16.21 to have UPS INSTEAD deliver this faulty crap device back.
I have been asking atleast since Aug 3 to reimburse my shipping charges as their product wouldn't work the second I plugged it in to charge. ALL I EVER GET ARE EXCUSES...
EVERYTHING, including getting my money back was worse than pulling teeth with this company.
NovaaLab customer service is pathetically bad!!
Many other businesses sell these devices...never coming back here.

I used the oral device for my oral lichen planus
I used the oral device for my oral lichen It helps strengthen my gums when I use it daily for 30 mins. It has been a great comfort given the challenges I had. I still use it a few times a week to maintain as it’s good for my gums . Thank you for this product . I also bought light pads for my friends backache . There were issues with the lights but the customer service response was super prompt and they replace it immediately and ship it FOC. Great customer service ! Thanks you

follow up on red lite mat from NovaaLab that purchased and only had for 4 months. NovaaLab sent me a replacement mat. Still doesn't work.
they took cheap way out and didn't send whole new unit, mat and connecting devices.
And I paid over $350 for this mat!!!!

I've been a longtime fan of the novaa lab red light pad. I bought it back when they had offered a lifetime warranty and even though ive had a few hiccups in pads where lights go out, they have been dedicated in honoring their warranty and replacing it when needed. I think the pad had gone through a couple updates and I've noticed less issues in recent replacements. Great responsive customer service team as well.

Units work great but charging time is excessive
Units work great - getting good results with the knee pad and facemask. But here's the deal on the charger. Novaa doesn't supply a charger - which is kind of absurd as they aren't costly. So when I contacted them, they recommended that I purchase this one - 5V 1A non-Apple adapter. I purchased the recommended charger and ran the knee unit down to the bottom -- it takes all night - not 3 hours as they said - to charge the system back up. I get it that there are longer times when running the battery down. The issue is this - the unit is nearly $300 - just put the right charger in there and problem solved as they aren't expensive instead of having users go back and forth on which one works best. And also inform users maybe in the manual that charging times take much longer than 3 hours! Other than that - the product works well and I hope they can come up with one that treats hair loss using a baseball cap system as those are available elsewhere - why not introduce that too? And please fix the charging system

I have owned two of these products in the past and while I do like them when they work, the product fails within 6 months. The last one I ordered was a dud on arrival. The mouth piece and power remote do not work together at all. Bummer.

So far my experience is a little mixed with the Novaalab, but it is encouraging me to keep going with it… Certainly the build quality of the device seems good, and dealing with the company has been great. I think this is one of those Tech technologies? You really have to live with for a while
