I've been a longtime fan of the novaa lab red light pad. I bought it back when they had offered a lifetime warranty and even though ive had a few hiccups in pads where lights go out, they have been dedicated in honoring their warranty and replacing it when needed. I think the pad had gone through a couple updates and I've noticed less issues in recent replacements. Great responsive customer service team as well.

This company is nonsense. they sell way overpriced mass produced extra large gel pads (essentially tens units) and classify it as "high-end" to make the consumer feel as if they will lose weight.
I would NOT recommend if you have any disability or form of EDS especially.
They also dont require consumers to agree to their $128 restocking return fee before purchasing and insist on lecturing consumers post return that it was the "basic common sense responsibility" to review such policies prior to purchase. Most restocking fees are 30-50 dollars not 128. The company doesn't even offer the return policy link in their online purchase steps. It's hidden within their faq web page. So in other words they bait and switch consumers if you try it 'free' like their ads say. Screw bionic gym. I'm sad these types of companies exist.

I gave them constructive criticism by offering to bolster themselves up by enacting a return policy agreement prior to purchase but essentially they just spat in my face in return.

I recommend to NOT buy this product or waste time and or money with this company.

who cares.
they just proved my original review right. apparently all they like to do is fight and argue with consumers and not do the right thing.

I'll repeat... DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS DEGRADING COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.
