Set up was very easy. The directions are very clear. Dos and don’ts are included to insure comfort, safety and success.
The pad seemed to decrease pain as its warmth spread over the tight muscles in the treatment area. Although this sensation lasted only a short time past treatment, it was a good start.

The device itself seems fine. The controller is quite flimsy for a “medical grade device.” It can be quite hard to read. And, it doesn’t appear to have anyway to turn it off so if gou are using it at bedtime and don’t want the light bothering your sleep, it appears you have to unplug it. Annoying.

I was not clear as to how the different settings on a controller for a device works that I purchased from Curayou, I sent an Email to the support team not expecting an immediate reply but to my surprise I promptly received an answer and was able to continue my neuropathy protocol.

I love this red light that is also NIR. Prompt efficient service, easy to understand instructions, quality product. Been using it a week and my hands are nearly usable already

The ordering was ok but I sent a question in several days ago and it was never answered. I know your appliance will help with teeth whitening and I asked what they recommend to use with that. I would still appreciate hearing back from you. I also would like to know more about the different modes and what they are best at. I felt the instruction manual needed more information for what to do after you rec's the appliance. Can you please have someone reach out to me?

We ordered an extra mouthpiece and each night my husband and I have been using it on the R/B mode. I am also interested in teeth whitening which is why I sent the original question.

I was amazed at how fast I recieved the product. I also appreciate the packaging and clear and concise directions.

It's early days in terms of the effectiveness of this therapy. I've only been using it for less than 2 weeks and wasn't expecting any results just yet. But the early experience -- ordering, paying, receiving, setting up and using -- all went well. Communication is good too. I'm keeping my fingers (and toes!) crossed that this will help restore my tibial nerve function. It's a bit fiddly using the Velcro fastening arrangement and I would have liked the straps to be permanently attached but that's about my only negative. The accompanying exercise/diet regime is quite onerous and I haven't been fully following it.

I have been using the red light belt for almost a month now. It works wonderfully for the stiffness in my knee. Not a total cure, but a huge improvement. I am diligent in using the belt 20 minutes in the morning and again another 20 minutes before bed.

Emma is wonderful and truly helpful. You can tell she really cares about her clients. She’s been with CuraYou for years; I was thinking of buying the laser flex for a while now! Finally did. A couple days a week I use a full body panel ata local tanning place then the LaserFlex on other days. I’ve noticed massive decreases in abdominal inflammation. I have a huge fibroid and this month my cycle pain was unnoticed. Like any other time of the month. I’m incredibly grateful to this company for making such a high quality device available to the average consumer. And grateful to Emma specifically for encouraging me to trust CuraYou enough to order the Laser Flex.

I can only comment on the arrival of the product which was acceptable. The products were well packed, all there and in good condition. Since I have not been using the product for very long I cannot comment on whether it works. It is easy to use. I insert the product, and put the controller on my pocket and continue doing whatever for the next 15 minutes. My dentist will have to tell me if my pocket numbers are decreasing. I hope so. I would love to write a rave review.

Fast delivery. Easy use and include into routine

I received the device quicker than I thought I would. Have used it for about a week, not really noticed any improvement yet. Using 2 times a day on my fingers and toes. Fingers still feel stiff, feet still ache a little but will keep treating them per the plan.
