Unhelpful customer service that lie about stock availability. I don't understand how companies like this stay in business.

If I could put 0 star I would. Terrible customer service and in they are in business of selling items they do not have in stock and lie that they have.

Osallistuin ensimmäistä kertaa kiertonetin huutokauppaan. Yllätyksekseni huomasin, että aina kun aikalaskurin aika päättyi niin aikaa lisättiin kolmella minuutilla. Miksi ihmeessä kiertonetillä on huutokauppaan päättymisaika, mikäli huutokauppa ei pääty tuolloin?

Rubbish airline. Bunch of greedy liars with terrible customer service. Really hope this airline goes bankrupt soon.

They don't deserve to be in business.

The website states 'current best price from 227€', (Helsinki - Catania) yet this is false advertising. After contacting a representative of Finnair I was told this price does not currently exist.
After a chat online with Finnair representative I was rudely told that this offer may not exist due to being 'sold out'. In which case it does not exist.
Finnair need to be more transparent with their so called "deals" and also have better customer friendly staff to deal with such issues. I was rudely told that no one could help me with the confusing and misleading information and that they had 'repeatedly' given me the information I was asking for. Which I had not.
Not the kind of experience you would expect form a flag carrier.
Train your staff Finnair !

Excellent helpful and easy to view website.

Honestly one of the worst delivery companies i have ever dealt with.
Useless website that does not show correct tracking info.
Very very long customer service wait, then unhelpful response.
Avoid!

From start to finish there was friendly advice and quick response time.
Diamond ring is amazing and in a perfectly designed setting.
Would definitely recommend!
