We were not too impressed with the options in the gift card for a Hotel Stay in Dk since the appealling options were not available to book online forcing us to pay extra for a new voucher to an atractive Hotel Stay. This giftcard only offers one hotel option which was also unavailable to book through the Smarbox app This meant that I used a lot of time and energy trying to arrange a booking through their customer service through several mails/calls.
Having said that I had a fantastic personal experience with Smarbox customer service. They were kind and helpfull and their mail response time was not more that 3 days which they alert in their platforms. I appreciated they help though I wished I had been able to sort out quicker through their app.
I give 3 stars to their product and 5 stars to their customer service.
