I bought the Anna, a-symmetrical dress in green.
It is pretty, but not the quality I expected.
The material is just a stretchy knit.
The gathering is only on the front and there isn’t any in the back of the dress like the pictures.
The sleeves and hem are only surged and not a nice finished hem.
I am going to keep the dress and wear it, it’s just not the quality I was hoping for.

Don’t do it! The site is new yet they claim they are having a 20th Anniversary Sale! The site says returns are “easy” but when I tried, it was anything but! They offered me just a discount on more of their stuff. That’s not a refund! They claimed they had to angree to provide a refund (never going to happen!) and that I needed to mail their junk back to China and pay all the tariffs.

Very disappointed in the fabric of the blouse. Expected cotton feel instead of this silky feel. The fabric doesn’t match the design at all. Country and cotton should go together. Cute design though.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The business is not in Boston. It is in China. The quality of their items is terrible. The item you receive does not match the picture you ordered. You can't return for full refund without sending the item to China and paying the shipping. If you purchase, use a good credit card which will fight to get your money back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I am afraid I just lost 53.00!! I ordered a dress and then change my mind so I sent them an email at their email address asking for a refund and cancel my order. In fact I sent 15 emails yesterday and I have not received one response from them on their storefront, it says customer service 24 hours a day seven days a week that's a lie. . in fact, if I don't hear from them today or the next day, I'm gonna go ahead and make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because I don't like having my hard earned many stolen from me from scammers like these people from China. It's all a big scam.

The shoes arrived damaged because they were shipped tightly wrapped in plastic rather than in a box. Additionally, the overall quality of the material is extremely poor, and the strap holes at the ankle are punched unevenly and off-center. There is also a strong chemical odor coming from the product. This is business is advertised as a boutique in California, the product and packaging quality appears to be from the a very low quality mass produced product from out of the country. The price did not align with that!

I will say the communication during the shipping process was good (shipment updates but it was mainly aimed at trying to get me to purchase more with discount codes). It took almost a month to receive the delivery from one state over. Be aware as this shop is not what it advertises.I’ve requested a full refund and paid shipping to return the product.

I absolutely love my bracelet! It is absolutely lovely. It is very well made and the stones that were used seem to be high quality. I have received many compliments on it.

It doesn’t require even a star at all. THE shoes they sent me were so atrocious did not look like the ones I ordered. Tried to contact them three times. Nothing BEWARE!!!. Do not order anything from this company.

Long delivery time, awful quality and bad fit. Worst? NO RETURNS!!!

Worse customer service ever. Be sure to read their refund policy prior to buying something, they make it very difficult to get your money back. it's much easier ordering from TEMU, they have almost the same clothing at a fraction of the price.
I'm going to say it like it is, poor, poor customer service!!!

I ordered and received two items from Barbara Dever. Both are not as represented in on-line catalog; material is cheap nylon, with very poor hemming. outfits do not hang well when on. I have tried multiple times to reach the company to facilitate a return, but have received NO response to my emails, and no refund! I would definitely not recommend this company, nor will I order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My items arrived and looked nothing like the pictures. They are stating that in order to receive a full refund I need to pay for shipping back to China, which will cost more than my original order. Stay far away from this company. They are scamming people and are sending absolute trash in the mail.

CCC - China Cheap Crap. Buyer beware

Ordered a pair of shoes, shipping time was not actually terrible, however they were too large.
Site states easy returns, BS!!! They told me to give the too large shoes to a friend or donate and a smaller size would be shipped and I would only have to pay the shipping cost. Never happened. I emailed many times, and never was shipped the new size.

Returns are difficult. The product is expensive and didn’t fit and I’m still trying to get them to initiate a return or refund. Stores like this make me not want to shop here again

If only i had checked the internet first. The ads look really good. 20 year anniversary, yada yada. The internet complaints about cheap fabrics and no way to get a refund tell the true story. The dress that looked to be linen or at least cotton was 90% polyester. It felt hot and slippery, like a cheap raincoat. Didnt fit anyway--too tight across the top area. No info on how to return and/or get a refund. After two days of emailing the supposed customer service address, I was requested by email to first send a photo of the dress I ordered before they can proceed. What??? So, I did. We'll see if that does any good.

This is a China based company that will not provide a return and refund as indicated on their website. The quality of the clothes are poor. They show the clothes as branded and labeled and they are not. My order came with no label and no identification of the content of the clothing. Ill fitting clothes. Refuses to refund money and accept product return to the US address that it shipped from.

Don’t do it!! Save your money!!

I got a pair of shoes that were miss shaped and they smelt like gasoline and I wanted to return them and in their return policy it’s buried that you have to pay for shipping back to China. I told them the situation and they offered me a 30% refund. That was a month and a half ago. The refund never showed up on any of my credit cards and they can’t tell me where or what credit card they sent it back to and it’s one delay after the other don’t buy from this crappy company !!

Here’s their response to locating my credit:
