I ordered boots on 06/29 to wear to a concert. They arrived on 07/31 in a plastic wrap, no box, (postmarked from Arizona) but too late to wear to the concert. When I tried to return them I was given instructions to mail them back to an address in China at my expense. After much back and forth, I was told that was my only option.
Don’t order from this company!!

Bought mary jane shoes, and they did not look like the picture online. Plus, they ship their items from China, so I'm sure they're made there, instead of it coming from a "boutique". Their reviews online look fake, and even the picture of "Emma and Olivia" looks AI. To return something, you bave to pay for the shipping. Ridiculous! These shoes are already not cheap and now I bave to pay for shipping?! Unfortunately, it was in the refund policy, so that is my bad for not reading it. But, you have been warned. Don't buy from here!

I would give this company a zero star if I could. As others have stated, the item I purchased looked completely different on their site than the product I received. The sweater I thought I was buying had great texture, vibrant colors and looked very lush on their site. What I received was a cheap, nylon-like material, and not a sweater at all. The size tag had been cut out, and there was no material tag either. After emailing the company 3 times, I finally received a response asking me to send photos of the item and why I was not happy with it. After doing so, I received another email telling me I had to pay to ship it back to China, and after they received and inspected it, they would consider a refund. I obviously will not be shipping this piece of junk back to China, since I would just be out that additional money as well. I plan to contact my CC company to see if I have any recourse there. Buyer beware. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Same company as Lark and Clover with a new name. Do not buy anything from this site. You will not be able to return and the clothing is terrible and cheap. Look on Amazon for the same dresses (and models) and purchase there instead. The prices are cheaper and you can return no problem.

I wish I knew about this website before ordering clothing from this company. Misrepresentation of both dresses, did not look like the picture and the fabric was not as described. Spent $150 just to have to spend another $50 to send back!! Should be shut down! We will see if I actually get the refund!

THIS IS A SCAM. They take your money and send you a piece of clothing that you did not order. They do not respond to emails so don’t bother.

I saw a beautiful boho jacket on Pinterest and bought it without knowing anything about Emmaolivia Boutique's reviews. Big mistake. The sleeves on this jacket went below the tips of my fingers with no way to fix it unless I take it to someone who specialises in alterations. When I tried to return it last week, I was given an address in CHINA and, of course, would have to pay for shipping. Forget it. I'm already out enough money.

I ordered the two piece set that is advertised EVERYWHERE - supposedly $200+ but on sale for $64.99. It is made of the cheapest material, does not fit right (due to cut) and is very low quality overall. I have emailed twice in accordance with their website about returning the set, with ZERO answer. I guess I'm stuck with it... I guess someone at Goodwill will get to try it out.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Quality, description, sizing was not even close to the description given for each item. I'm returning it all and now find it will cost me close to $100 to return this crap to China! Do NOT buy anything from them as you will be greatly disappointed.

What a horrible experience thus far! I bought a romper in a bright blue and they sent me a black one with a broken zipper! I sent an email, 2 now, with no response. I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company. I should have known it was going to be a garbage item when the tracking said it was coming from China!

The product that I ordered was completely misrepresented. Terrible quality! They displayed a picture of a sweater, what I received was a low-quality sweatshirt that was dreadful.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the site is a rip off, scam is a better word. They falsely advertise products and when you want to return them they make it impossible. I purchased what was advertised as an upscale outfit but what they sent was nothing like the picture. Don’t buy from this company!

Horrible customer service and poor quality. The pictured dress that I bought, was a linen blend, with pleats and a stand color. I received a cheap polyester dress without pleats, button holes that don't open, and no stand color. Barely resembles the advertised dress. Despite numerous attempts to get a prepaid return label, they only send an automated response saying send a photo, yet they do nothing. I'm done, and will reverse the charges with my CC and report them to consumer agencies and maybe AG.

This company is basically a scam. Clothes are so cheap and shipped from China and they won't let you return it even tho it says 30 day return policy. Do not buy here. I see more and more of these companies that look legit but really just a cheap Chinese scam.

Pictures online are all incorrect and what u get sent is absolutely rubbish and nothing like the pictures u see. Avoid at all cost.

Same complaint as many others. Received the wrong item, poor quality and item not as shown in pictures. And after receiving the wrong item at no fault of your own, you have to return the item to China at your own expense, despite the company showing its location in WY, USA. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

The merchandise received looks nothing like what you think you are ordering. Color, shape, fit is completely misleading. Material is cheap. Customer service does not respond to emails. I asked for an order number and confirmation after ordering. No response, no information. Received an entirely different piece of merchandise. Beware and move on to reputable, honest merchandisers.

The top I ordered does not look anything like what I received. The material and workmanship was sub-standard to say the least. I should have read the reviews before ordering I would have never ordered. They make it impossible to get a refund; not willing to send a return label to make it easier. I've decided to dispute the charge.

I ordered a denim top didn't get what I ordered it is poor quality this place needs to be shut down

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They ship CHEAP product that is made in China and does not match the description on their site. I ordered a woman's large which turned out to be a kids size. Currently trying to return and get a refund, but they didn't respond after I sent them pictures of the issue. I will be reporting them to the BBB and NM Attorney General for fraud.
