I saw a beautiful boho jacket on Pinterest and bought it without knowing anything about Emmaolivia Boutique's reviews. Big mistake. The sleeves on this jacket went below the tips of my fingers with no way to fix it unless I take it to someone who specialises in alterations. When I tried to return it last week, I was given an address in CHINA and, of course, would have to pay for shipping. Forget it. I'm already out enough money.

I ordered a small decorative Christmas tree for my father and his wife 9 days before Christmas. We live several thousand miles apart, so this purchase was important to me. But when they tried to light the tree, they could see that the lights were not working. I just happened to call them to see if they'd received my gifts when I found out. I understand that things happen. So no big deal. But I am disappointed that the replacement tree FTD said they would deliver will not be delivered until 2 days before Christmas. The first customer service person I spoke with said that it would be delivered between 9-8pm Friday the 19th. But when I called customer service again on the 20th, I was told it would be delivered on the 23rd. I was also a little aggravated by the fact that the first CS conversation was nearly impossible, as the lady on the phone spoke in such a way I had to ask her twice if she was speaking English. Hiring someone who speaks English as a 2nd language is fine. But shouldn't they be understandable? I will buy my floral arrangements locally from now on!

FedeX was scheduled to pick up from my business on the 9th. That didn't happen. And when I track my parcels, I see FedeX knows they were to be picked up but no info on when they plan to come or instructions on what I should do. I am sending an employee to a FedX drop off site even though I paid for a pick up. I also had to call 3 different numbers to get to FedeX so I could go on hold for 30 min!

I booked FedX collection with Parcel Compare to be picked up on the 9th. That didn't happen. Parcel compare doesn't have a way to contact them on their website. And I was on hold with FedX for 30 min. Finally hung up. I'm now sending an employee to a FedX drop off site. This is the LAST time I use Parcel Compare and the LAST time I use FexX.

We have always had really good DPD experience. The driver goes above and beyond (If he's come before my shop opens, he knows I live just a 3 min walk away, and especially if he's coming this way anyway, he'll deliver to me at home. So thank you DPD!

Jim and his crew have been outstanding every single time. I have some very heavy pieces of furniture, and several moves involved tricky access and tight spaces. They’ve always handled everything with care and professionalism, achieving a 100% success rate in making my vision for my home setup a reality.

The first time they moved me was from Perthshire to Fife, and even though I’ve lived in Fife for more than a decade now, I still call them whenever I need movers I can trust. It doesn’t matter to me that they’re based in Perth—I trust them completely. They’ve never dinged, scratched, or broken anything, and they always place my furniture exactly where I want it.

I bought a beautiful Loire Bed from Feather and Black this year. But my sleep has really suffered. I didn't realize my mattress wasn't compatible with a slatted frame. And now that I have been told to find out what the manufacturers weight limit is for the bed, I go to the website and see this: How much weight can bed slats hold?
(Most modern bed frames with a slatted foundation provide sufficient support for up to 600 lbs. However, some are designed to hold no more than 300 pounds, so be sure to verify the manufacturer’s weight limit before purchasing.
On the Feather and Black Website: We test to British standard BS EN 1725 for strength and stability which exerts a force of 120kg on stress points of the frame. There is no standard to test to for maximum weights.
So the only thing I can do now is spend a lot of money on a new mattress. You live and learn. I wouldn't buy a slatted bed frame again.

The two pickups (Malaga airport to Granada round trip) I scheduled went smoothly. The drivers showed up on time and got us to our destination safely. The first vehicle was a very nice top-of-the-line van. The second vehicle was a very nice and clean car. I have no complaints and do hope the company paid these men well for their service. I would use Suntransfers again.

I was locked out of my email. This happens about 2-3 times per year. Once you get BT on the phone, they are really good. But reaching someone can mean being on hold for at least 20 min. In my case, I was on hold so long yesterday, 6pm rolled around and they closed up and went home. Today, I help for about 15 min, then the phone went dead and I had to start again. Another thing I'd like to mention is that the "music" they play while you wait is so bad...I'd call it torture. Most business customers don't want to hear hip hop baring. It was a terrible terrible experience overall. I'd pay extra to forego that in the future. But no white glove treatment offered. That is for sure.

I'm on hold for what they say will likely be 20 minutes. The worst of it is the ridiculous "music" they are playing. No doubt they are trying to get us to hang up rather than wait in line.

Jacquline at the front desk always takes care of me. When I went in to pick up my print order this week, 2 of my prints were in tubes. (I hadn't made sure the production team knew what I wanted when I placed the order.) Anyway, Jacquline was able to get them repackaged (flat) in a very short period of time (5 minutes). I really appreciate everyone's efforts at Loxley.
