If only i had checked the internet first. The ads look really good. 20 year anniversary, yada yada. The internet complaints about cheap fabrics and no way to get a refund tell the true story. The dress that looked to be linen or at least cotton was 90% polyester. It felt hot and slippery, like a cheap raincoat. Didnt fit anyway--too tight across the top area. No info on how to return and/or get a refund. After two days of emailing the supposed customer service address, I was requested by email to first send a photo of the dress I ordered before they can proceed. What??? So, I did. We'll see if that does any good.

The travel itinerary was absolutely fantastic, as it covered over 1600K's of scenic historic Ireland in 5 days! The downside was a very full bus load of people (49), with varying degrees of mobility. Because there were mostly couples and family groups who tended to stick together, as a solo traveler it was a bit difficult to become broadly acquainted. Name tags might be helpful, as well as attention to casual "getting to know you" type activities-- sitting at long tables in a noisy, crowded environment while food is being served, or seated on a bus, doesn't allow for extended conversation, except with a seat partner. The tour included dozens of interesting stops, some with colorful, local tour guides, plus evening activities (for more £'s) that were very well run, and made for a varied and enjoyable schedule. Our tour manager's knowledgeable descriptions of what we were supposed to be seeing as the bus whizzed by sometimes felt a bit frustrating. But, she was always warmly engaging, on top of every detail, knew names by day 1, and provided us with great support. Our accommodations were above and beyond expectation. I have no regrets about booking this trip, but, as our manager pointed out on the first day, to the surprise of many, a Highlights tour indicates fast and furious! For those who want more "down" time and less of getting on and off and on and off the bus, choose a longer, more leisurely plan.

Being a recent (about a month) customer I report cautiously, hoping not to be influenced by the "placebo effect." YET, I am thrilled to say I'm almost certain, even in this short amount of time, there is significantly less hair loss when I comb, plus, I've noticed a marked reduction in generalized scalp irritation (itchiness). I find the serum to be soothing and calming-- I actually look forward to applying it! The shampoo has left my hair soft and manageable, yet not flat, and allowed the natural curl to do its thing. Because MD Hair products are intended to work in combination, its not possible to "parse out" the efficacy of each item, more than to say the collagen dissolves easily and has little to no flavor, so consuming it daily is made easy. The customized supplements provide such a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, and plant complexes in a reasonably sized capsule that I've switched them out for my usual daily vitamin. With less hair loss already evident, I am totally optimistic and hope for even more success over time.

The product was easy to locate on their site and to order via PayPal. The carefully packaged box arrived in good condition
after just a couple of days. I was slightly confused by the electronic email invoice. It was unclear to me whether I was being asked to pay again or whether it verified the purchse. I wondered if the payment didnt process correctly when I ordered on line.
