We received great service from the engineer who installed our new broadband. He was very thorough and talked us through the installation, step by step.

Explained the plan of cable laying and agreed where to put the cable box inside. They didn't realise I was deaf, and managed to communicate well and ensure I understand the plan and wrote the password down. Used shoe cover and sheet cover. Left the room and garden where they dug tidy. Left with smiles.

Fast and efficient installation.

Not only was the work done promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly and courteous way, but our garden was respected and not mangled by the trench which needed digging in rather difficult and challenging circumstances. Your team of Lesley and Liam (and colleagues who had to be brought in) could not be surpassed.

Asked about pets so they knew if they needed to make sure the door was closed so they couldn't escape. Advised of arrival time in advance and installation was fast and done properly. Made sure everything was working and I was aware and happy with the installation specifics before they left.
It's not often I feel 5 stars but they were superb.
