Zero star. I recommend that no one attempts to buy anything from this company. I bought an item & still haven’t received it. Fake site all they want is your money. Just don’t waste your time or money on these scammers. By they way I ordered back in July

This company is a scam. I ordered two boneless couches but never received them. Contacting anyone from this site is almost impossible. The tracking info given to me was incorrect. I received an email saying they couldn't deliver my item do to incorrect delivery instructions from me, then they sent another email stating, it was delivered. I looked everywhere for my item but couldn't find it. They stole my money and scammed me. It's been months and I still haven't recovered my money or merchandise.

I placed a order on 7/22 for 2 cozy chairs after a week of not receiving any updates I emailed then got a reply back from a “James” saying that there was no problems with my delivery and everything was getting ready to ship out and gave me a link to track my stuff well when I use that link it says error can not be found then I go back to the site put my email address in the tracking and tells me it’s wrong I have sent about 9 emails now with no response DON’T ORDER FROM THEM ITS A HUGE SCAM

Yeah it's a scam because you can't get anybody to email you back from that company money back guarantee lies lies and More lies hopefully nobody else gets suckered into their bull crap I'd rather give them no Stars at all and they deserve all these bad reviews to be shown on their website

Here comes James, just like they said on tic tok , James with be the next AI that will contact me and them nothing, well MrJames nothing came to my residence I have camera if you check all the updates nothing came to my house, I don’t live in apartment, nether do I live into a gated community, there are no pets at my house, if you check all the updates you would see that no attempted was made at my house all attempts was made by truck was broken down that was the so called first attempt, next it was back at the depot, then some so called restrictions, then another code and the list goes on and on , I need my money back because I am not the only one that’s going through this it’s all over tic tok with the same messages from your company. I brought things from other tic tok companies and I had received all my items except these two chairs that feels like scamming with no real solutions. When will I need my money back because I gave up on these so called chairs. this company Cozya Home is a scammer, I purchased 2 chairs from July 23 2026 up until today 42 days nothing was send to me and all I am getting is run around with the same messages as everyone else ,they should have zero stars. they need to be stop.

They kept saying they came out to the address I even gave them my apt number the car broke down or it coming the next day but it never show something need to be done about this

Fraud fraud and won't return money. Tracking shows multiple excuses and product never being delivered. Over a month and only a run around from customer service. Do not trust they are liars and this is a scam.

I’m giving it NO STAR!! Ordered from site and the products never arrived and for 4 months excuses after excuses and still no product. Claims delivered but never received anything. Nothing but a scam refuse to refund money.. Lesson learned!

I placed two order months a go and NEVER received either of them. this place is a scam and I turned them into the FTC. They need to go to Jail!

I’ve been waiting in my order since the first week of July and each time I chat with them they repeat the same automatic response it’ll say your package was delivered or the package was rerouted or the truck that it was in had an accident or there wasn’t enough room in the truck this company needs to be shut down you’re scamming people and then they’ll tell you to keep tracking your order and when you do it it’s the same thing this makes no sense at all. This company really needs to be shut down. People are using their credit cards and debit cards and all they’re doing is getting their information to use for something else if they know they don’t have the item they should never have people doing commercials and see if they receive the cozy couch.

Zero stars. It’s a scam!! They send you like 15 or more different updates. How it’s being held, then it’s out for delivery, but I gave the wrong building code(I don’t live in a building with code access), no one was home to sign, truck broke down, being rerouted, road closures ( there was none), label was unreadable, and so on. Then said it was delivered. It wasn’t. No real answer they can’t tell you what delivery company is delivering it. It’s completely ridiculous. They charges my car as a yoga thing not even cozya home. Less that 24 hours I wrote said cancel the order refund my money. I was told it was already processed and I couldn’t cancel. I ordered July 11th. It’s still not here. No real answers just fake AI replies. Delivery support knows nothing. Customer service knows nothing. Says it’s been delivered. It has not been.

I was purchasing 2 boneless couches that were on sale from TikTok. I have purchased things before and they come. I should’ve known something was skeptical when I tried to purchase it and my bank rejected it. After I paid the statement came up as a clothing apparel and not furniture. Now I can’t find the account on TikTok and thousands of reviews said it’s a scam.

There was someone at home and the tracking sucks ass.

After many delays, multi emails to the company, I still have not received a refund or a couch. I received a fake confirmed delivery email in which no couch was received and NO way to contact the carrier. I would not purchase anything from them ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Product was ordered July 4, 2026 and today is Aug 27, 2026 still no nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give no stars. Absolute scam! Items never show and when you check tracking all updates are made at 9:15 or 1:15. I’ve reported them and I suggest everyone do the same. Also, when you go to review them on the site, you can’t. They have to be stopped!!

I was over charged for the items. The website said I would receive an exclusive discount and instead was charged more. Deliveries guaranteed 5-7 business days, it’s been 46 days. Company doesn’t respond and the customer service doesn’t help. Please do yourself a favor avoid at all costs. Reviews listed on the cozya website are all false.

I wish I had been smart and done some research before ordering. Fortunately I'm only out a little less than $20. Ordered in July and certainly not expecting to receive anything at this point. I've had the same experience everyone else had. Delivery "updates" include no one being home to sign for it, vehicle broken down, unable to access the home due to incorrect gate code given (there is no gate or code needed), etc. This is 100% a scam.
