THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES. I ORDERED ONLINE AN ITEM AND THEY LIED CONTINOUSLY ABOUT THE DELIVERY. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYBODY. IT IS A COMPLETERIP OFF.

They do not contact you. There is no telephone number address associated with them. When you go through the chat, they give you the ssme information every time. They will try and use your card information fraudulently; I have to order a debit now. Do not waste your time. If you think about order ling online verify they have a legit customer service, telephone number and address. These guys are scammers.

absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 times. when I order it it gave me a confirmation code but neither of the confirmation codes would to track my items. Still haven't received my confirmation email yet. Also emailed them and no response. Now i need to call my back and dispute these two charges because this is likely a scam

TIK TOK allows all these scammers to duke their viewers and should be liable too!

This company is a scam. I paid the $29 for the product I never received. The company sent out bogus Transit updates. Finally they said product was delivered. I requested a photo of delivery. Never heard from again. I had another transaction for $69 that was tried on my bank account but my bank refused the transaction.
I wished I had done a little research first.

🚨🚨 This company is a FRAUD PLEASE do not order from them!!🚨🚨 They will send dozens of updates saying truck broke down, item returned back, on its way all kinds of lies then that they attempted delivery but couldn't get past the gate (which my place is wide open) then additional updates then saying it needed signed for, then to actually saying it was delivered! NOT TRUE!! This is a HUGE SCAM company what a shame!! 👿👿

I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON JULY 10th ... I WAS GETTING DELIVERY UPDATES WITH EXCUSES OF TRUCK BREAK DOWN ACCESS CODE MISSING ETC ETC. i DNT LIVE IN A BIG BUILDING THT NEEDS ACCESS CODES. NOW TODAY 8/21 IT SAYS DELIVERED AND NOTHING CAME! CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS AND DNT HELP WITH ROBOTIC LOOP RESPONSES! AND IM TEYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY DNT HEAR ME OUT! WORST THING I MADE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THESE SCAMMERS DOING THIS FOR FUN!

This is a sophisticated operation employed by overseas scammers to steal money. You will find it hard to find the transaction on your credit card statement because they will use a different name and amount to throw you off. The product is never shipped or delivered. Buyer beware!

SCAM 100%. Do not try to buy anything from this store.
I bought two curved displays for my kids; the price did not seem right; however, they indicated that they had a "surplus" of those displays.
After the purchase, the first thing I received was the confirmation email, which arrived days after the transaction; after that, the delivery tracking was a complete joke. I have emails from their "Customer Support - help(at)thesupportcare.com" that provide incoherent answers about the order's delivery status.
In the end, the delivery status (8/6/2026) indicated "Delivered," but it wasn't to my address.
I have evidence of that.

SCAM. Never received product that was paid for and got many emails pretending there was a delivery issue with random reasons. Here are some:
- Access to the building was blocked. Cannot leave without a signature.
-Address label suffered minor damage. Address confirmed, re-dispatch tomorrow.
- Road restrictions due to a local event. Package at depot, re-dispatch shortly.
- package temporarily misrouted to an adjacent zone. Identified and being redirected.
-No one was available at the address.

None of these are real or true. Total SCAM

This is definitely a SCAM! DON'T purchase anything from this company. I placed my order 6/2026. I have been in contact with them the whole time and can even track my order from help@the supportcare.com. They claim they couldn't provide a USPS tracking number because my package is coming from overseas. They provide a tracking link that appears legitimate but contains false shipping and tracking information. My package never arrived, despite the tracking updates. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau, and with USPIS to dispute the charges with my credit card company. If you're in the same situation, I strongly recommend doing the same. No more waiting, your package will never arrive! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I would rate this a 0 if I could. Ordered the small TV a month ago and received multiple updates that the delivery vehicle broke down, driver couldn’t access the property, etc. This company is a scam!

I ordered the small TV from them on TikTok. I’m complaining to TikTok now. This is a second time I’ve ordered from TikTok and it’s been a problem this company in particular send you fake or false misleading emails saying your package is out for delivery 12 times it said Alfred delivery when you call customer service they’re rude. Don’t order

I got scammed! Do NOT purchase from this company.

Literally so horrible. 😭🤬 SCAM. Never received ordered item. After multiple attempts. Emails lies . Charge went thru as a digi media out of Chattanooga TN. 😒 and the Note for the charge said Utility Bill. Like what. I hate this bs.
