Zero stars. It’s a scam!! They send you like 15 or more different updates. How it’s being held, then it’s out for delivery, but I gave the wrong building code(I don’t live in a building with code access), no one was home to sign, truck broke down, being rerouted, road closures ( there was none), label was unreadable, and so on. Then said it was delivered. It wasn’t. No real answer they can’t tell you what delivery company is delivering it. It’s completely ridiculous. They charges my car as a yoga thing not even cozya home. Less that 24 hours I wrote said cancel the order refund my money. I was told it was already processed and I couldn’t cancel. I ordered July 11th. It’s still not here. No real answers just fake AI replies. Delivery support knows nothing. Customer service knows nothing. Says it’s been delivered. It has not been.
