What a rip off company. My purchase was never delivered and they refused to provide me a refund. They stopped responding to my emails. Do not purchase from this company. I am going to report them to the BBB.

This is a total scam. It's not a quilt at all. ITS A PRINTED DESIGN OF A QUILT!! The people should be put out of business. They stole over $100 from me!

I would not even give then 1 review. What you get is not what is online. The merchandise is just a print on fabric with some stitching to make it look like quilting. It is not applique or patchwork at all.
I also ordered an ornament, and it was a picture of the ornament, then laminated. Who does that?? Their other scam is duplicating your order, then not willing to take back the return or give you a full refund. I unfortunately waited too long to check my orders when delivered. I opened a case with PayPal, but too much time had passed, so it was denied. Now I have 2 extra crappy pillow covers. and a financial loss.
Plus the other thing is that they do not tell you up front how much shipping will be; and it is different for everything, not based on price. And the shipping can be more than the item itself.
They have lots of complaints on Better Business Bureau. I lost a fair amount of money, but it could have been worse. Lesson learned.

Don’t order from this company. I was tried to contact them to cancel my order because it was taking too long to ship. But their contact email was invalid. My order final came today 16 days later. Product is very thin and cheap looking. Thin fabric and just print on it. I want return this product but again I can’t contact them because their email is invalid. Bad business…

Got my queen size comforter. Barely fits the top of the bed. It's the right design but the look is dramatically different than what you see in their photos. I had to put a throw over my pillows so they wouldn't clash. Need to put another quilt or blaket down under it as the quilt is only 2-3in down each side.

I ordered a twin quilt for my granddaughter's graduation gift. When I received it, the color was a lot darker than the vibrant photos shown on their website. There was no batting or filler between the front and back to make it a quilt. Such a disappointment for $90! I would not order from them again. They don't believe in refunds.

I ordered a horse throw for $69. I later that day checked on my order and it was suddenly up to $287. They charged me for a quilt ,another item plus the throw. I called Discover card and was told they could keep charging until it was posted. I learned my lesson I'll probably loose the dispute and I'll get stuck, but for me no more online ordering.

I love this quilt. I read the reviews and was hesitant but called their wonderful customer service department and their pride in their product won me over. They answered all questions and were so gracious. People! It’s a new era of technology. As a senior it’s hard to afford a big thick quilt. This is lightweight and easy to manage . They print an exact copy of the design you love and it has stitching and everything. I got today and already added a white satin ruffled edge around it. It’s gorgeous and whimsical. My neighbor saw it on my bed and could not tell it wasn’t a thick handmade one. Don’t set your sites on the negative. Call their customer service Dept and they are so helpful. I even changed my mind twice on the design I wanted and they were so accommodating. Thanks Cozzyhomes!

Throw blanket has a sticker affixed to it I cannot remove. The item description photo clearly shows furry puppies when in fact the throw blanket is a satin sheen silk type material. Nothing furry about it. Very expensive, $109 should be five dollars.

It was not a real patchwork quilt of different vibrant colored fabrics sewn together. It was a one piece super thin light blanket with different colored squares printed on a single flat surface... It is a fake quilt and did NOT look like the picture at all whatsoever! A patchwork quilt is a type of bed covering made by sewing small, varied pieces of fabric (patches) together to form a larger design, creating a quilt top that is then layered with batting and backing. These quilts often use geometric patterns, such as squares or triangles, and can be constructed by hand or machine. They misrepresent what they sell and quality is very poor! I am extremely disappointed. And they would not give me any refund... only if it is damaged.

It took forever to arrive and when it did, it looked nothing like the product picture. Instead of a quilted patchwork, we received a lo-resolution printing on fabric of a terrible representation of a patchwork quilt. So cheesy, so cheap. . . .not only not worth the money, but I wouldn't donate this.

I ordered 1 quilt sent to my daughter. They sent and charged me for 4 quilts! They sent 2 unordered quilts to me and 2 quilts to her. I saw the "error" while the order was in progress and tried to cancel it, but the money was taken from my account. I opened a dispute with Discover and Pay pal, and they refunded the money to my account. The quilts have arrived, but we do not wish to keep any of them. We will be returning all 4 quilts, and I am amazed and grateful that the charges of $173 and $130 were restored to my account. The quilts were absolutely junk, and the cost of returning them is my penance for not looking into the company online before I ordered from them. Don't deal with this company; their photographer (AI?) is far better than the stuff they are peddling!

Received only a small part (that which fit into a mailbox) of my order but, was billed for the entire order.
Due to a mistake by usps, the bulk of my order was shipped back to cozzyhomes. According to usps, cozzyhomes have their products back. I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund of the products that were shipped back. (A disability makes it extremely difficult to get into the post office)
The two throws that I did receive are nothing more than stitched together sheets. Can’t tell if there’s any ticking between sheets it’s that thin.

As a quilt lover who has attended quilt shows and auctions, I knew not to expect a genuine quilt for this price (real quilts are about 10x the amount I paid). So, I was very happy with their product as a mock quilt with a beautiful design. Their Customer Support Team was excellent! I needed to change my order and consequently receive a partial refund. Customer Support was very prompt and detailed with emails regarding this process. The time estimates for the refund and for the order processing and shipment periods was accurate, and I did feel betrayed. Not a quilt, but for the price a beautiful and comfortable product that my gifted recipient loves.

The quilt as delivered was a far cry from the quilt in the ad. Stitching and colors entirely different. We were only offered a small refund. We threw the quilt out.

I found this disclaimer on their website: "The actual color, appearance, and details of the product received may differ from the images displayed on our website or those uploaded and previewed by the buyer during the Customization Process. These differences are inherent in the production and printing process and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation by Cozzyhomes. As such, Cozzyhomes shall not be held liable for any such variations."

When we complained and disputed the charge with our credit card company and sent in photos of the ad and the product as delivered, our dispute was denied, no doubt because of the above disclaimer, which basically says what we deliver my be nothing like what we advertised. Too bad.

I purchased a bed set from CozzyHomes, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised.
The listing images showed a complete, cohesive bed set. In reality, the product delivered was materially different. While pillowcases were technically included, they were not the pillowcases shown in the listing images. The items pictured were either completely obscured, replaced, or not included at all, making the product I received fundamentally different from what I ordered.

When I requested a refund due to these discrepancies, CozzyHomes claimed that nothing was missing and stated that the images included items for “symbolic representation” to make the photos appear more put together. This explanation is not valid. Items shown in product images set consumer expectations. If items are not included or are different, that must be clearly disclosed.

A product that is hidden, substituted, or materially different from what is shown is not symbolic it is concealed. This constitutes false advertising and deceptive practices, which are illegal under consumer protection laws.

Notably, CozzyHomes responded to my emails within hours until I mentioned filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and referenced state consumer protection laws. Since then, they have gone completely silent. It has now been nearly 48 hours with no response.

I am posting this review to warn other consumers. I strongly recommend reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and exercising extreme caution before purchasing. All communications and screenshots have been retained.

Absolute scam! Do not I repeat do not buy anything from this company.

What a scam. I'm horrified that I wasted so much money for what looks like a dollar store cover. It's not a quilt and looks nothing like what was advertised. Please do not waste your money.
