I have been on many package holidays booked through travel agents who have sent me to some horrendous places leaving me with a fear of package holidays. Booking via your site has been a breath of fresh air. The accommodation was exactly as described and the transfers and flights were outstanding.

I ordered a pair of boots but there was only one in the packaging. Trying to get anywhere with their customer service is like Groundhog Day, they are absolutely woeful. I told them I needed the boots by this Friday as I am going away but I have apparently been transferred to an advisor who will contact me when they can as they're very busy! That will probably be never and if they ever do no doubt I will have to go through the whole story over again. Remind me never to buy from this company again! 😡

Item arrived quickly & appears to be of good quality. The printing is very small so wish I'd just had the nature of my condition printed & nothing else as assuming print would have been larger. It's the best medical alert bracelet I've tried so far.
