My car had a major service and MOT today. Sienna the customer service agent who dealt with my car was polite, helpful and informative which was great because I was waiting at the garage for the work to be done. She responded to all my queries in a timely fashion and I felt glad to be well looked after. I have a car care plan with EMAC which this garage recognises and over the years I have been pleased with the service I get.

Had an appointment on Monday 13thJuly,had a very helpful agent called Evans Sofeda,who dealt with my dads Vauxhall car for an airbag service,very polite on our arrival,also Evans sorted out my registration for the airbag service on my car as I was having problems with the website. Evans managed to do this for me,nothing was too much trouble and was able to give me an appointment in the next few day. Thank you very much for your help

They can't arrange an ev demonstrator…
They can't arrange an ev demonstrator medium commercial van to test drive. I have tried for several months, so I might as well go to a competitor that is more than happy and capable of providing an ev demonstrator. It is almost like they don't want to sell an EV but would rather push ICE stock.

Tried to obtain the Service history to my peugeot and after 10 calls to dealers - one person went out of his way to help - Paul Sharkey at Preston. Dealerships are run on relationships and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit preston and speak to Paul. breath of fresh air.
