We were not put under any pressure and the whole experience was very pleasant.

after ordering our new car we were kept…
After ordering our new car we were kept in the loop as to when it will be delivered. the process was handled professionally by Aqib our sales person. On hand over they made sure we were happy with the car setup and answered the few questions we had. I would recommend Fords Carville Durham if thinking of buying a Ford.

Incredible Service
I felt truly valued from beginning to end. Having found my dream car online at the dealership I called and made an appointment to view the vehicle.
I was immediately told that the one I wanted had been sold, but there was another that was similar and I was welcome to come and view that one.
I went to see vehicle the following day with my friend who is very knowledgeable about cars and all things related, as he owns his own garage.
We were both impressed by the salesman’s knowledge. He answered most of the questions that my friend had when he gave the overview and he was more than happy to answer anything we asked even the girly style questions. I found him kind, knowledgeable, and receptive to my needs and budget.
We went outside and I was able to sit in the vehicle and be shown the key points whilst my friend checked the bodywork. There was a scratch on rear passenger side but we were advised that it was on the list to be removed.
The purchase was made, and I did add some extras all of which were sorted for the following day when surprisingly I was able. To collect my my car.
The receptionist greeted me by my name and the salesman could not have done any more to reassure me that the right choice had been made the following day.
He was very thorough during the handover and went the extra mile to pair my phone to the Toyota system.
Before I left, he assured me that I could contact him at any time with any problem and even come into the dealership for help. If he wasn’t available, somebody else would be happy to help me. I genuinely believe this to be true.
I drove off feeling confident and happy. I love my car even more than I thought I would.
If anyone I know is looking for a Toyota new or used car I shall certainly recommend 100%.

Another first class service from the…
Another first class service from the great team at Hyundai Silverlink. We were there to complete the purchase of our new Kona. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish & we could not be happier with our new car. Dan, the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure we were happy every step of the way with the paperwork etc & took us through the features on the new car & told us he was available any time if we needed more help. Once the specification of what we were looking for was given Leon found a suitable model and confirmed with my wife she was happy with it. Lean and others we dealt with during the purchase were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Wow wow wow
Wow wow wow, just where do I start with the fabulous Linda, we were totally new to the motability scheme but after talking to Linda, their motability lead, we never felt more at ease. Linda was warm and approachable and the extra detail she went to when talking to my son was outstanding. We knew we made the right decision.
Upon collecting the car, she again Linda went above and beyond spending lots of time talking us through how the car worked with all the little extras. It honestly felt like I was talking to a family member and not dealership.
In actual fact anyone at Skoda was informative and willing to help. Totally transformed my opinion on dealerships.
