Scam site takes money then immediately cancels appointments and refuses refund. The bots on other end too thick to grasp this concept

Updoc has been taking funds out of my account even when I have cancelled the subscription and have got confirmation message. When tried to raise support request online does not work at all. And they do not have any direct contact number to raise our concerns. While logging into my account I do not have any bank/card details saved there, still it’s been charging me subscription fee for last 3 months. I have emailed the updoc customer support and they have not been helpful at all.

Super quick certificate but now Updoc have CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $19.95 per month, now having to dispute this with the bank nothing more than a pain in the arse.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, now I have to cancel my card too

I've paid almost $500.00 for a service I've used maybe twice because they claim they have only ever charged me 2 fees when I try to cancel. I've had an ongoing email back and forth and am having to contact my bank to resolve it since they will not cancel my subscription on their end.

Quick and reliable! No need an appointment and long waiting time for just a medical certificate.

Started great but turned the sh*t quickly. Got quick phone consult and repeat prescription for pain relief. Ordered urgent home delivery, as I was in too much pain to travel. Chose next delivery window for 12-3pm same day. No confirmation email. No tracking details. No info in the app. Only the charges on my credit card. Online "help" quite unhelpful. My pain relief meds eventually arrived 24 hours after enduring another evening of excruciating pain. No care. No apology. Avoid

It’s great until it isn’t. There was a glitch on their end so my document wouldn’t open with the correct code. If anything goes wrong there’s absolutely no support. So I got a promo code to try again and again it didn’t work and their promo code didn’t apply properly either so they charged me twice for something that I could never use. Very dodgy. Will never use again.

Scammers!!

I paid in full for a medical certificate and I got nothing. I keep complaining to them but they offer me more ‘deals.’
I’m having no luck in getting a refund.

The actual dr referral was great. Super quick and convenient - however I seem to have signed up for a subscription I knew nothing an about! Had no knowledge of this until the money came out of my account :/

Shocking!!! Still waiting for a response from customer service. The appointment for a referral was less than 2 minutes and cost $59. The doctor didn't ask me anything about my medical history then put 'nil' under medications on my referral, which means its completely unusable as I am a diabetic and have insulin. Despite several emails I'm not getting any support or reply. Do not use!!!!
