Shocking!!! Still waiting for a response from customer service. The appointment for a referral was less than 2 minutes and cost $59. The doctor didn't ask me anything about my medical history then put 'nil' under medications on my referral, which means its completely unusable as I am a diabetic and have insulin. Despite several emails I'm not getting any support or reply. Do not use!!!!

I still haven't had my item 2 months after ordering!!! You've had my money and keep advising it will be sent each week and are now ignoring me!!!! This is a disgusting way to treat a customer!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I am desperate to actually order my blinds from this company but I'm just not receiving the samples I ordered or any responses to emails sent, despite several chases! Whilst the samples are free, I can't possibly order the blinds without seeing these 1st. I've ordered 2 sets of samples. The 1st set took weeks to arrive and had 2 samples missing and I haven't received any of the samples from the 2nd set. These blinds are for our childs nursery and I'm due to have the baby in 2 weeks. I'm finding the delays and lack of response very upsetting so my opinion of this company at present is unfortunately poor. Hopefully I'll be able to write a more positive review when I actually receive either the samples or a response.
