When I listed Scripts to be renewed, was told there were “a lot”. Doctor has prescribed them, what can I say. Then I was scolded because the Doc could not access my records, that’s my choice, as I und... See more

Good prompt service, however, with medication ongoing required, I would have thought I’d get a script longer term than just a 30 day supply. Maybe I should have asked??

I paid a lot of money to get scripts for my 3 regular medications. NONE are addictive/ sedating / controlled. 1 month later they say they can’t issue any of them under the $19 refill and I’d need an... See more

I asked the doctor for cream for a certain part of my body (and gave an exact name of my previous prescription), then she ended up giving me eardrops. Very frustrating, I will be asking for my money back

Dont waste your time and money

Dont waste your time and money, they decieve you to their page to sign up with marketing of cheap instant scripts for then to increase the price and force you to have a proper consultation for your regular script to be sent. Absolutely terrible.

Very happy with prompt service

Very happy with prompt service, however initially I clicked on multiple scripts but in the end was only able to get one script. Have been charged $49 was under the assumption that I would only pay $19 for receiving one script. Could you please look into this and reply to email. Regards

Was easy to navigate but takes a few hours to receive the referral by email

Was easy to navigate. But for a one off referral, I don’t think you need to give your entire medical history and I didn’t. I won’t have further contact with this doctor who wrote the referral anyway.
Also referral came by email after 3 pm but online I had quick access to it which was needed as my appointment was one hour after I completed the referral request. So speed of delivery is imperative. Thanks. 🙏🏼

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Doctor didn't send through the script. Had the consult, confirmed he would send the script immediately, then didn't. Used the chat function to seek help. Completely unhelpful. Not offer of reimbursement. Unable to speak to someone on the phone. Do not use this service!! They took my money and did not provide the script. I'm disgusted that this company is allowed to operate in Australia!

Insta repeats

I wanted repeats on my prescription so I paid the extra charge for a doctors appointment. Had the appointment and the doctor said he would send the script through, when I had the prescription filled at the chemist there was no repeats. The chemist said that instascripts never give out repeats because they're not my regular doctor! If that's the case, why have the option for repeats. Pieces of shit

Terrible. Terrible beyond words.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The person calling was impossible to understand, they were mumbling extremely badly and talking rapidly with a very strong accent, three factors which combined made them entirely incomprehensible. Despite this, I was extremely cordial but unfortunately did have to state that I was having an issue hearing them, as the call simply could not progress without me stating that in the politest terms possible. I even had my phone on speaker mode on full volume but they were still unable to be understood. I have worked in call centre roles previously, and the way that call was handled was so atrocious that it would have resulted in anyone getting instantly fired for it. My phone call went for 48 seconds before the "doctor" hung up. I have no idea what the outcome was as I literally was only able to hear about 5 words that were spoken by them. This problem was not on my end, I had full 5G connection and have had many phone calls before and after in that spot without issue, and I'm sure a viewing of the call recording would showcase how atrocious that was. What a humiliating waste of time over a condition I have which is private and unpleasant. To anyone reading this, please just stick to going to standard GPs!

Doctor did not supply the ONE thing I…

Doctor did not supply the ONE thing I called for - a script for my son who he diagnosed with a skin infection requiring medicarion, which he assured was being sent whilst I was on the phone. There is no conceivable way to contact your team to get that SMS sent, bounced around and around with promise of a return call at some point. All I have is a child who needs medication and NO SCRIPT as promised would arrive. Three calls and live chat - still no resolution. I have disputed the transaction for the consult - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Beware - make sure doctors register your script with PBS if entitled

Chat with the doctor & arrival of escript went well - however, when I got to pharmacy I learned that doctor had failed to register my script with PBS as I am entitled as a type 2 diabetic (which we discussed during our conversation) so I paid four times price - thankfully it was only for one of my meds- doctors need to be made aware of their full responsibilities- I used this online service because I could not get in to see my own doctor for 2 months as he was on leave & could not go without my script
