This is a fraudulent company, they just tried to take £29.99 out of my account week after i paid £1 for nothing. It's a waste of time they are scammers!!! Just obtain your bank details to steal your money. Thankfully my bank notified me straightaway. I have had to cancel my card now.

I was charged 40$ without my consent

I was charged 40$ without my consent. When I emailed them they said I should have received a welcome letter and email on how to manage subscription service . I haven’t received this. I was informed refund will not be processed. I continued to email further and say I did not receive emails and 40$ was deducted without my consent. Then I received email processing credit on my account. Beware of their shifty terms and conditions

Total con

Total con - charged an acceptable 50p so they could get their claws on my bank account details, then sucked 29.99 with no prior warning. Complained twice - kept saying they'd refund but didn't. Absolute scum, all for one mystery phonecall that they didn't even solve for me!

Unapproved subscription charge scam

I asked for information on a telephone number.
I gave my bank details for payment of £0.50.
No information was given, but they still charged me.
Now they are trying to charge me £29.99 subscription for literally nothing!
I haven't agreed to pay for anything else apart from the original £0.50!

My experience left me feeling like I'd been deceived

My experience left me feeling like I'd been deceived.
£0.50p was taken from my account, I accepted this as good value for the cost for a number lookup. Then later £29.99 was taken through paypal, at no point do I remember agreeing to this value.
Be wary when using reverselookup.com

I used this as a one off to trace a number who rang and insisted i had rung them. I paid a pound and recieved a report consisting of a single name and no other info which was useless and not worth a pound. My bank contacted me a month ago asking if i would authorize a payment of 29.99 so i said no as i had not signed up for this but i was also told to cancel my bankcard and had no card for 10 days. I have now found out they are trying to charge me again and i think my bank card has now been frozen. I have tried to go on there website to cancel any subscription and it tells me i dont have an account. I am nervous of trying to sign in further as i dont want to be conned any further. Regards Anthony johns.

Scammer

Scammer! Wanted to know about 1 persistent caller. Paid £1 for the transaction with Reverse Lookup. They took my £1 payment in two transactions then took a further £29.99 (unauthorised) from my account via Paypal. They said I had subscribed - definitely did not. Biggest scammers around. Service was sh*t too. Still unknown caller.
