Every piece of information they put up regarding their products is inaccurate. It’s false advertising. Everything that comes is bad quality and cheap. And looks nothing like the website pictures. And when you want to return they refuse a refund or any money back. Just try to offer you a partial refund or free shipping.

They advertise the company is in the Netherlands with a British mobile number that doesn’t go through. But when they send you the returns label it’s an address in china snd Chinese phone number.

It cost me £21.70 to return the item to china and they’re still emailing about a partial refund.

I’m taking this further to get this website shut down so this does not happen to anyone else. I have all the evidence screen shotted on my phone

My summer tops were either too plain or too warm, so this Tilly sweater filled a nice gap for me. The open knit gives it some shape without feeling heavy, and the cropped length works well with my high-waisted jeans. I like that the front is simple with the crew neck, then the open back and tie make it feel a bit more special. The tie took me a minute to get even the first time. Still, I’ve worn it twice already and really like it.

I feel so stupid not reading the reviews before I purchased but also stuck in a returns nightmare. How the dress wasn’t even fit to be sent out, doesn’t actually work as one shoulder dress it just hangs floppy! I don’t know how they continue to charge high prices for such poor quality items that fit in an envelope sized package. On the plus side, the only plus side they do respond to you!

Do not buy anything from this website! The dresses are cheap and don’t look like the photos in the website. They are unbelievably hard to deal with and don’t accept returns! If you do try to return they try to get you to pay more money for shipping or alternative dresses/sizes. Very poor service. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It is too good to be true!

Awful company...
I wanted a full refund of my dress as it didn't fit. They wouldn't allow a refund, they offered:
1. Keep the item and receive a partial refund 10% and 15% discount voucher
2. Replacement FREE SHIPPING, choose the same item or any item on the website and not pay for shipping...
So in other words, give them more money. I am fighting for a refund still and will contact my bank explaining that I have been scammed. Do not buy from them!!

Terrible experience.
Products don’t arrive on time and come direct from china, with no option for a return.
Item came faulty and I was told there’s nothing that could be done they would give their supplier some feedback.
Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend.

This is my second review about this awful company, I have never written even one review about a company before but this company is so shocking!!

After emailing back and forth for over 3 weeks we agreed a partial refund for a dress I ordered, they stated on an email to me that the refund would be processed and this was agreed at the start of August. I checked my bank recently and the refund had not even been processed, I emailed them and they had not even requested for this to be processed!!!

I have asked for a further refund due to their incompetence.

pattern looks good but the collar folds stiffly sometimes

first time use it today. make some loud noise when turn on, i think it break but it works fine. setup was confusing because manual not clear. but result is good.

Very disappointing customer service and product

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the dress and the way my return request has been handled. The dress was not as described, the sizing did not match the advertised measurements, and the quality was far below what I would consider satisfactory.

Despite this, the company refused to provide a prepaid return and instead expects me to pay substantial international postage to return the item to China. This was not clearly disclosed on their website before purchase.

Rather than resolving the issue, I was repeatedly offered a partial refund or store credit, neither of which is acceptable when the product received is not as advertised. Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

It is a complete scam. I bought a dress in size small and it didn’t even fit under my bum, I am 5’3 so I’m short. The sizes are off and the quality is really poor. Not worth the money, don’t waste your time and also they wanted to me to send it back to china at my own expense

Trying to get a refund on a dress that doesn't fit or look like the dress on the website. Now when going to send back the cheapest postage is £25...wished i had read the reviews first

I ordered a few dresses for comparison for a wedding to find all were very cheap material and appeared nothing like the pictures on the website that look of good quality. When I contact for a return and refund, I was offered a partial refund or replacement item to which i replied on several occasions that i had already ordered more than one dress and all of poor quality and would not want to re-purchase so wanted full refund.
After numerous emails back and forth of repeating myself they finally sent me a returns form and I now have to pay the charge to return the items to China before I can receive a full refund. This experience took a couple of weeks and would advise to not purchase from this company. I assume I will now have to wait several weeks for them to arrive back and receive my refund if I do at all
