Glasses arrived crooked and bent
Glasses arrived crooked and bent. Not due do damage in transit, just the quality of product, nose pads super bent out of place and feels like they’ll snap if I bend them back. They’re also not the correct size as advertised, they don’t fit my head.

Delivery also awful, whoever they use to deliver does not actually come to your address they leave the packages at a pick up Center in my case a 30 minute walk from my house with limited time to pick up.

Totally unprofessional and lenses…
Totally unprofessional and lenses fitted outside of the frame on 1 side! They even tried to bill my PayPal several times for an extra prism cost, which I had already paid for and receipts were sent. My glasses have 1 very thick right sided lense that has been fitted OUTSIDE the frame! When questioned via email their response was that they do have a more expensive lenses they could have used or a 10% refund.. I'm also pretty sure they've not issued the correct prescription as I'm still having double vision issues.. Either way, it's been the worst experience from out of stock items, billing problems and lenses that are not fitted professionally inside the.Frame. I do not recommend this company

Low quality rubbish
Low quality rubbish, fell to pieces in less than a month. Bought multiple pairs from different high end brands. All flimsy. Not worth any amount of money.

Incompetent
Incompetent - was provided script and was sent something totally different, so much so they cant be used.
You would be better off training a seeing eye dog and spending your days walking around with your eyes closed.
Just go to a physical store. There is no saving to be had in the long run as vision direct will not refund you.
