The price was great for the quality, making them excellent value for money.. My order arrived quickly, was well packaged, and the delivery was smooth and on time. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience!! I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

I placed my order on July 10, with an estimated delivery window of July 16–20. After the purchase was completed, the delivery estimate was changed to July 20–22.

It is now July 22, almost two weeks after I placed the order, and I have still not received any confirmation that the item has even been shipped. When I contacted customer service to ask about the status of my order and when I could realistically expect it to be dispatched, I received only a vague response that provided no useful information. They did not clarify whether the item was in stock, when it would be shipped, or what was causing the delay. After that, they stopped responding altogether.

I am now left in complete uncertainty, without knowing whether the order will be shipped, when it might arrive, or whether I will receive a refund if they are unable to fulfil it.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this website, particularly if you have any alternative.

Scammers..I ordered sunglasses on April 30th. It's now July 22nd and when I've kindly emailed asking to cancel my order and simply get a refund (as I was never notified this would be some type of pre-order or anything of the sort), i've been ghosted for months with no response from anyone. Hundreds of £ down the drain and I'm furious. Avoid them at all costs.

The delivery was very fast. This sunglasses met my expectations. The right and left temples are the same length. This is how business supposed to be done.
