Missing the free gift of a 120cm level if you spend over £75.00 on Stanley tools.
Emailed the day after delivery to question the promo to which i get an automated response but have still not received any level or had any actual response.

Genuine parts
Genuine product at a price under going rate I could find and good service to boot from Toolden, my only gripe would be delivery anywhere in the UK if not next day delivery it shouldn’t be anymore than a maximum of two working days. Hence 4* not 5*

Awful level of service
Awful level of service. Order was despatched quickly, received email saying item was prepared for delivery and may be in 2 parcels but received no tracking information. No out for delivery notification, no successfully delivered email. Item was dumped in door step during rainy weather. Emailed toolden to state I’m not happy with the standard of service after being charged a premium delivery charge and receiving no service in regards to the delivery.
Contacted customer service, there isn’t any it’s AI generated statements so it going to be pain if you have a serious issue with an order (lost order, damaged goods etc). I won’t be using them again, absolute rubbish

Still havent received item after dpd apparently attempted 3 times to deliver, there is always someone in the property, spoke to your offices last week and was advised this would be sent again by different courier, still not recieved.

1 star, they sent the wrong product small error, easy mistake their side but have done absolutely nothing to send correct one or refund the product.
Sent multiple emails all ignored.
Automated response that hasn’t helped.
Stay clear use its tools instead.

I had a tool missing from my delivery and have spent 3 days chasing it up with no luck, everyone i talk to is waiting for an email with a tracking number. What happened to phone calls?? I chase the post office all the time and have results in hours!! Not days
