Toolden did not respond to two requests for customer service other than to provide initial acknowledgments. They still haven’t fulfilled the contract for the goods I purchased as a key item is missing.
I conclude that their after sales service is non-existent, at least in my case.
Update: Following the original negative review, Toolden got in touch and helpfully and quickly sorted out the issue by providing a full replacement, including the missing item.
I conclude Toolden is keen to provide good customer service. I withdraw all my earlier criticisms and recommend this retailer. I would use Toolden again.

Excellent customer support from Gian at Fuse over a possible issue with my newish smart meter.

Installer/engineer Kiran arrived very quickly to investigate. It transpired the problem was nothing to do with the smart meter, but upstream on the electricity supply managed by UK Power.

Fuse arranged for UK Power to come out within 30 mins and identify the issue. It was then resolved quickly.

Very impressed again with the fast customer support and teamwork from Fuse. Many thanks to Gian and Kiran!

Once again, I can definitely recommend Fuse as an excellent energy supplier.

I chose the company because the had excellent reviews on a review site over a competitor who didn’t. They did not let me down. Excellent service. MDF was well packed. Delivery was quick - a couple of days as I recall. I would use them again. Definitely recommended.

It took a couple of weeks for technical support to get back to me. To be fair, it was probably their busiest time of the year as I contacted them just after Black Friday and in the run up to Christmas. However, when they did get back to me they had identified the problem straight away and offered clear instructions how to fix it. This worked without any problem, so overall my support request was handled very efficiently.

I would have given 5 stars for this review if only there hadn’t been such a long wait for my request to be dealt with.

I have been waiting for a 14 days for Steinberg Media to provide support with activating a trial copy of Cubase 14 Pro DAW.
Their customer support must be the worst in the software music production business.
I have been here once before. The last time I named and shamed them on (then) Twitter and they replied within minutes! Is this the only way to get Steinberg's attention?
They produce great music software - Cubase, Dorico, Wavelab and Nuendo and are a leader in their field, but they have a reputation for atrocious customer support. Do they have no shame?
If you are looking to buy a DAW or switch from another provider, seriously consider looking elsewhere.

I have bought stock terminated cables, custom made cables as well as separate plugs and sockets before from designacable.com and always found them to be reliable and good value.
The cables and terminations they use are good quality and meet all my cable needs. Delivery is pretty quick.
I expect to buy from them again in the future.
Highly recommended.

Bestampcovers.com is a dishonest company based in Bulgaria which makes musical instrument and equipment covers.

The company claims to have items in stock but appears to makes them to order resulting in delays before dispatch. I had to send a chaser email to find out what was happening to my order.

After the cover arrived a few weeks later I requested to return it for an exchange or rrefund because it did not fit. bestampcovers.com refused as they said it was made especially for me. They also refused to give me their company mailing address which is not on their website - this should have been a warning they have something to hide.

Bestampcovers.com is arguably in breach of the distance selling laws of Bulgaria and the EU which take precedence over the unfair terms and conditions of service they hide behind.

Avoid buying from bestampcovers.com unless you want to be out of pocket and have a similar poor customer service experience.

A very good full fibre to the home installation which went exactly according to plan. The ONT modem box was installed on the wall where I wanted it. A neat job inside and out. I am very pleased with the result.
