I ordered 2 tee shirts the beginning of June. They shipped from China and after one month were lost. When I contacted the company to tell them I never received the order they at first refused to take responsibility, saying the order had been delivered. They finally relented and shipped the order again... this time to Germany! (I'm in the US). So now they're supposedly shipping them AGAIN. They have offered me a $2 discount... not even free shipping. I will never order from this company again. Oh, and BTW, I still haven't received the shirts.

The shirt provided was incorrect and they will not make it correct. They only offered a coupon for future orders. No customer service and terrible product quality. Go somewhere else.

Do NOT buy anything from this website! I ordered a blouse that was advertised as a beautiful dress with real, high-quality embroidery of Yggdrasil. What I received was pure garbage – a cheap, synthetic piece of plastic fabric with a blurry, washed-out digital print made to look like real stitching. They steal images from independent designers, send you plastic trash, and drain your bank account. Stay far away! I will report them to my bank for fraud. Regards Jeanette, Norway

Please don’t waste your money. I’ve been ripped off with order no HIE00118316. They’ve taken the money but sent me nothing. They don’t reply to customer service emails either. They are thieves.

When it arrived, it was thin cotton material with an ink print.

Sydney to Brisbane after being picked up at customs

I paid $63 for a five dollar Top that I wouldn’t even use as a rag because the material is shite.

The hoodie I bought was made to look like a nice heavy one I could wear outside but it ended up being very thin, more like a t-shirt. Definitely overpriced like every online shop. I ordered two hats that looked the same online. One was stiff like a farmers hat and didn't fit at all, the other was nice and soft, but also over priced.

After buying some bracelets in February and its already been 4 weeks and not even a tracking number that they keep promising me....Unfortunate to say I saw same merchandise on Allibaba site for 1.49 when they are charging 25.00 dollars for item.........sucker born every minute guess im one of them.....

No delivery or update says it's delayed but have no order number won't reply to emails stay away I am on to my bank to try to get my money back they need to be blocked disgusting behaviour

The quality of the merchandise, the fit and look. It was a gift and the recipient liked it very much.

Then size we ordered was XL what we got was more like between 2X or 3 The seam at the top of the shoulder hangs down 7 inches on the arm

I ordered a jersey about a month ago, to watch the Super Bowl, and it still hasn't arrived.

Ordered a blouse my wife picked which looked beautiful in the picture. Received a thin, cheap dyed T-shirt type thing, thin and tiny in a zipper bag. Took up case with PayPal. Theusvibe tried to trick me by saying I would get a refund if I closed the case with PayPal!! I didn't. Got a refund from PayPal after a month but it cost me €16.50 for postage almost half the original item cost. Total scam. Do not go near this company.

Thank God for Trustpilot! Great info about sites that can or can not be trusted. Learning a lot! Was tempted to order from "theusvibe", but came here first, and have now absolutely decided NOT to order.

Received an item clearly misspelled that cost almost 40 bucks and they asked to give me 17 back due to shipping costs. I disputed too early and credit card sided with them. They now are not responding to my emails. Never do business with this company. Lesson learned.

Received my order, the quality was TERRIBLE & the item was also too big. I reached out to the company to organise a refund & the response I got advised me that their factory was abroad (im in Australia) so the shipping would be expensive & they would offer me a refund that was less than what I paid for the product. They encouraged me to reconsider returning the item & suggested I sell it privately or re-gift it. I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing. I am disgusted that they advertise themselves as a charity organisation on Facebook, but it falls in line with their false advertising & lack of ethics. Please don't purchase from this organisation!

Honestly the worst experience and product I’ve ever had. Products are nothing at all like advertised. The Hoodie I ordered was a cheap preprinted nylon mess and not the Beautiful Hoodie that they advertised. I did file a complaint with PayPal and am extremely disappointed that after numerous borderline ridiculous offers of partial refunds and subliminal threats not to post a bad review PayPal actually ruled in their favor Both companies failed in my opinion save your time and money they wouldn’t refund anything UNLESS I closed the case first and I rightfully refused. I have saved every email and question how they represent their business as a “Charity” on Facebook what they actually are are a Scam robbing unsuspecting US customers
