Looks like a desperate trading platform.
Update: Goods received the day after this review was posted. And to be fair the quality of the goods is OK. Fair for the price.
As for the response from the supplier below, lots of "let us try" but that's what you're supposed to do in the 1st place, sorry nota purchase route for me in the future.

They Told Me to Resell My Order on eBay to get my money back. Seriously
Very poor experience from start to finish. When ordering t‑shirts for an event, it wasn’t made clear that the items were being shipped from China or that delivery would take 5–7 days after dispatch. After waiting two weeks with no updates, I logged in to find the order still hadn’t been shipped, so I cancelled — exactly as their terms allow.
Despite this, the order was shipped days later. Customer service didn’t respond to my messages (other than an automated acknowledgement), and when the t‑shirts eventually arrived I explained again that I had cancelled and no longer needed them. No proper response.
Trying to return them was even worse. The only return address provided was in China, which is unreasonable for a UK customer. When finally got a response I asked for a UK return location, I was told there wasn’t one. Their “solution” was to offer a 50% refund and suggest I resell the t‑shirts on eBay. Completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this retailer. Lack of transparency, slow service, no meaningful customer support, and no proper returns process.

Ordered 2XL received something more like 4XL
Ordered 2XL, and item seemed more like 4XL. The arms were unbelievable too long. Emailed requesting returning the item for a XL. Received a response later that saying day saying - I will get a response in 24hrs, but it may take longer. 4 days later I chased as I hadn't seen a reply, just to receive a quick response saying they have already email responded. When I double checked again and emailed back to say they hadn't emailed me anything at all about it, then received another to say I need to look again. Now they wont respond to me at all. Very bad customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
