Again no response to my 6 e mails. No response to my previous review. Shocking, scam, dishonest and thieves. Needs closing down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The quality of the T shirt is unsuitable quality, synthetic and uncomfortable. I e-mailed them 4 times to commence a return for refund and ignored. This company is a Scam as they do not allow returns as advertised and therefore stealing money from customers. Facebook, whete they advertise, are aware as reported.

Disgraceful Company, Chat staff have no idea or correct training and end chat without resolution or solution to query. Significant Flight time changes offered full refund but 5 days later still no refund or even confirmation that they have received my on-line form that they requested. Refund supposed to be within 24 hours . Chat told me to wait 6 weeks before it may or may not arrive. Flight is before that time! What am I supposed to do? Holiday ruined over £300 in flight costs not refunded. I have written to Customer Care in Ireland still no response as no one to talk to on the designated phone line it is a robot only!

Good communication at first but lacking mid way to end. We requested attic insulation which was our only initial request. We was advised a good chance of a thicker insulation but this never occurred despite several requests. Large holes put around house to install wall cavity material and leakage in attic of insulation still visible not rectified. Fans had to be installed due to the legislation after cavity insulation, which are put in best position possibe but the are fitted to outside walls. WIndow vents are also fitted. These vents are causing problems having to remove and reinstall and still hear traffic and a draught still causing noise and draughts. All the staff are courteous. I would think more carefully about having these procedures and request more details.

The website does not give enough options of exact drop off/collection point - only 1 for the whole of ALBIR- so was asked to cancel and get refund but they take 30% fee and so leaving you out of pocket! No response to e-mails and unable to phone the Company no answer to get full refund.

Do not trust this site. They have scammed me of £60 by sending me the incorrect size of Adidas Trainers that I sent back for the correct size which they said they have not received 😒.
