Very poor customer service. Bought a massage ring that did not work. Wouldnot give me a refund or allow me to return. Do not buy from them

They today have said they will resend a new one. So much better.

Recently made a purchase from them, easy to use website, easy to order. Great customer service, very quick to respond and helpful.

Very good communication, very quick responses and polite courteous conversations. Item arrived in perfect condition however it was not suitable for my older iPhone 14. Contacted customer support who immediately ascertained the problem and initiated a full refund. Excellent customer care.

Chinese scammers! Selling the same crappy Chinese rubbish that you can buy on ebay for a couple of quid for £30+ Only works for a day or two and then is completely useless. The 30day money back guarantee is an absolute lie, you have to send it back to them in China within 14 days and if they receive it, they will decide if you are eligible for a partial refund or not! Just don’t bother with them!

I ordered a pair of shoes, and they arrived in the wrong size. I emailed the same day, and customer service was fast and efficient. They sent me another pair in the correct size, a voucher, and told me not to send back the other pair because it would have cost me too much. Overall, I am very satisfied with the shop.

Bought 2 pairs if glasses for my husband which are amazing they are so light and unbreakable because all the other cheap ones I've got him in the past have broken, the only thing I would say is it do take ages to deliver and didn't have any tracking to where it was but I will be definitely buying more just gotta wait for it. Good quality and good price

There was an issue with the order and following an email the problem was solved sharp time. If only other sellers were as prompt at rectifying issues.

The camera works okay but the video quality wasn’t very good. It doesn’t read car number plates very well. I mentioned this to the seller and they gave me a partial refund which I was pleased with.

Spammers! Made advertising as Mrs glam powder for cheaper price and sended me from China after 2 weeks simple powder with no brand at all! Mf!! Never buy guys! It’s fake company!

I ordered light up sliders not arrived and tracking doesn't recognise the number emailed twice no reply guess won't turn up as been quite a long time since they said it had been posted won't bother again

I will not buy anything from loungon again I was told my order was out for delivery then got email from inpost saying they could not find my address. Tried to call and got an automated system I also emailed loungon and I'm still waiting on a reply. Not a good experience at all
