Quality disappointing

In your advertisment the garments look to be of good quality with a stitched hemline
.However the two garments I received did not and it was just a raw edge. So I am a bit reluctant to order more as they are not cheap to purchase.

After several emails I have got absolutely nowhere . All I want to do is return the product and get a refund as it isn’t suitable for me . I don’t expect to have to jump through hoops . Absolutely shocking customer service
