Terrible experience with this brand. I bought a bag (Gwyneth model) that, after very little use, started deteriorating progressively: the material kept peeling more and more, clearly a quality defect and not related to misuse.

When I contacted customer service, they only offered me a discount on shipping for a future order, which didn't solve the actual problem. I declined and asked for a replacement, but from that point communication got worse: my Instagram messages were read multiple times without any response.

When I insisted, they replied citing their 14-day return policy, ignoring the fact that this was a conformity defect (legally guaranteed for up to 2 years) and not a change-of-mind return. They later even questioned the origin of the damage, claiming it was "external" despite the photos clearly showing progressive deterioration of the material.

They asked me to ship the bag back at my own expense for inspection, which I refused, since this was a check requested by them for a defect I did not cause.

I would not recommend this brand: the product quality doesn't match the price, and customer service avoids responsibility instead of properly resolving issues.

First order shipped to the USA. Although the bags are well priced, please take into consideration the cost of customs on top of shipping. The website does mention they don’t cover customs fees. I just wasn’t expecting the fee to be more than half the cost of the bags. I had to pay an extra $70 just to receive it- So not really worth it. Nice bags, just not worth it to ship to US.

I absolutely love their bags, they’re very well made, priced right, and on top of that, you get fast shipping to the U.S and GREAT customer service.

I have ordered so many bags and never had any problems. Quality is amazing and the price is also reasonable. I also ordered accessories like water bottle , wallets , travel bags everything is very nice. They delivered in time . Never had any issues with DHL . This month I bought sabot glace and sabot. It was pre order but I got the parcel before Christmas so i am very satisfied with quality and delivery. Always gonna purchase from their website.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. This was my third purchase from their website and definitely my last. They do not disclose the additional import fees that customers are forced to pay upon delivery. In my case, DHL attempted to deliver my package and informed me of an import charge I was never warned about.

I contacted the company multiple times, and although they initially said they would look into the issue, they never resolved anything. Instead, I was told that if I didn’t pay the unexpected fee, I would lose both my package and my money. That level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

A serious and reputable company should be transparent about all costs before completing a purchase and should take responsibility for issues that arise from their own lack of information. Instead, they shifted the blame and left me to deal with the consequences.

I ultimately paid the fee just to avoid losing everything, but no customer should be put in that position. I will not be buying from them again, and I will be sharing my experience so others do not go through the same situation.

Accommodating and helpful staff and owner, but the staff on the till placed a bit of favoritism to people. There were three of us who went to the opening and both people with me were given gifts together with their purchase, whereas I was not given any.

I went to the pop-up in Madrid, it was an amazing experience and I bought a new bag for my grandma and she loves it.

I think it was bad because when I wanted to exchange an item they didn’t give me the same discount. And I pay a lot in comparison the first time. And I saw in their social media that in the pop this weekend they are giving extra discounts and it is not fair. I think it’s not trustworthy
