Biggest scam ever. I give it 1 star because I cant give 0. They advertise as french, you recieve the order confirmation in french (quite hilarious honestly) and where are the dresses coming from? China. 3 weeks until delivery, quality is just a bad joke. Return policy, non-existent. You write to an email address that offers you a 10% reimbursement and to keep the clothes (as if I want that trash). They charge 50€ for a 2€ dress. Amazing… i dont know how is this when legal.

Totally misrepresented, awful rubbish!
On the face of it, a European company based in Netherlands - not at all - the goods come direct from China. The goods were totally misrepresented - a "suede" jacket was 100% Polyester and the worst quality I have ever come across. I wanted my money back - send the jacket back they said, postage at my expense of course - another £20 wasted, then it gets stuck in Chinese customs - how convenient! (Why would they want that rubbish back in their country????!!).

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

I paid for an item that was never delivered. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, customer service repeatedly ignored my questions. I asked three separate times for the name of the shipping carrier so I could investigate the shipment myself, and they refused to answer every single time.

Communication has been slow, evasive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me while withholding the basic information I needed.

If you’re considering buying from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may struggle to get even the most basic support.

Do not buy from this company. Item was completely wrong and I was only offered 10% discount instead of a full refund.

This is a scam company. Don’t order if you are from the UK as the company ignores requests for refunds and you will be left out of pocket

I received a dress which was NOTHING like the one I ordered and when I emailed they gave me two choices:

Send the dress back in order to receive the correct dress this time or but pay for all the shipping/tax fees or receive a 10% refund. That makes absolutely no sense! Why should I pay for their mistake!!!!

Adding my review to the list of dissatisfied customers. The article was received after 2 weeks - now I understand why! Shipped from China…!
China not mentioned anywhere in the T&Cs. I was promised a message from a support specialist … still waiting 10 days later despite 3 emails from me asking for feedback. This company should be sued and made to reimburse AT LEAST part of the out of pocket visits. I wish I’d read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I hope the money I sent to pay for this cheap dress will at least go to a good cause in China.

Absolute scam. Total joke the clothes that came from CHINA. I actually had to send it back to China even though they pretend that they’re from Paris. The clothes were disgusting and looked nothing like the photos. Cost me €30 to send back to China which they refuse to refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Warning other consumers to avoid Le Label de Paris. This company relies entirely on deceptive marketing, using a French name and elegant imagery to trick buyers into thinking they are purchasing premium European-designed fashion. Beyond the image, the description on the item (on website) is totally off to the item you receive.

​Abysmal Quality: The clothing is made from incredibly cheap, synthetic materials that look and feel nothing like the product photos on their website. The stitching is weak, the sizing is completely inaccurate, and the overall item is an item you would have made as a project in school!
​Shipped from China: Despite the heavily implied European origin in their branding, i purcjased 3 weeks before a wedding thinkong i boight high quality and would recoeve in time. Yet, the tracking number doesnt offer any delivery date. The item was shipped directly from manufacturing facilities in China, taking weeks to arrive!
​Impossible Return Policy: When you try to return the items due to the terrible quality, customer support will offèr.you a 10% of the cost of the 'high end' purcjase. They make it financially impossible to get your money back by requiring you to pay astronomical international shipping fees to return the items back to Asia, which often costs more than the clothing itself.
​Do not fall for their fake chic branding. This is not luxury or even decent high-street clothing—it is cheap.

PLEASE DONT use this company. Total fake. My item never arrived. Received emails suggesting the company may be looking into it, but they didnt

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

The dress I received was extremely poor quality. The fabric was cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what was advertised on the website. It was a huge disappointment.

What has been even worse is the customer service. From my very first email, I made it clear that I wanted to return the dress for a full refund because I was unhappy with the quality. Instead of respecting my request, they have repeatedly ignored what I asked for and continued offering partial refunds and store credit that I clearly stated I do not want.

To make matters worse, they expect me to pay around £20 in international return postage, plus any customs or other fees, just to return an item that is not of satisfactory quality. I don’t think that’s fair at all.

The website gave the impression of being a French fashion retailer, but my order was shipped from China. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have placed the order.

The entire process has been exhausting, with endless back-and-forth emails instead of a straightforward solution. It feels like they make returning poor-quality items as difficult as possible in the hope that customers will give up and accept a partial refund.

Avoid this company if you can. Based on my experience, I would not buy from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Plastic poorly made imitation of clothes, i had to pay the return myself, and jt cost half what I paid for the product

Terrible polyester shi.. I absolutely hate that on the picture all looks different but the reality is terrible.

Awful. Item delivered not as described at all, paid £97 for a full length fur coat - it came and is up to the knee! Quality is terrible for the price, and nothing like the image. Really disappointed and hoping I can get a refund!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress in April. The dress never arrived and they won't give me a refund. So they basically stole £58 from me.

Sent wrong order - only trousers no top to the set
Quality of trousers were poor
Requested a refund was refused and told only when I sent back to China which would have cost more than the order!
Had to go through PayPal disputes to receive a full refund
Customer service was poor took no responsibility

Just need to warn people about this Le lapel de Paris ,stay well clear of it.I received a jacket that was nothing like what i viewed on their web page.No tags ,no labels just a very very poor quality polyester fabric jacket with big gold buttons that were too heavy for the weight of the poor quality fabric.The price was exorbitant for the product and was sold as a 50% reduction ,what a joke.
The response from the customer support is pathetic and of no benefit whatsoever.Asking customers to post item back to CHINA at ones own expense if you wanted a full refund ,this they well know is so expensive that it costs the customer almost as much as the garment .Their other options of giving a 10% refund and keeping the useless garment is insulting in the extreme.
It made me very aware of ordering from an unknown online platform.
Be careful and alert to this type of scam.

Rating this company as 1 star is in fact too much! Should be no stars!!!! This company is a complete scam! Ordered 2 dresses which I thought were from The Netherlands ( really from China)as stated on the website & took 4 weeks to get here, the quality was appalling & not was advertised on the site. Tried to get a refund but they have made it so difficult to get this as they said I had to pay for the returns & I will get caught for customs! I explained the website said easy returns etc hence that’s why I bought but there was no talking to them! Then I was offered 20% of the dresses cost & for me to keep the dresses!!! Complete Scam !!! Do not buy!!! How this company is getting away with trading is beyond me & should be shut down !!!!
