0 stars- SCAM! I’m fuming. Like many others have said, they send JUNK knockoffs that look nothing like the photo and are not wearable. Return/refund process is a nightmare. You will be responsible for return shipping to CHINA and tariffs/custom fees, then they will tell you they never received that package. Bullsh*t.

they deliberately alluded questions in my emails to customer service and replied in different languages.

my order was 5 weeks late.

the products are very clearly marketed as french but are from china.

i receive better quality products from TEMU & SHEIN.

Do not order from this company. They sent the wrong item and then had the audacity to demand I pay return shipping for their own mistake. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make it right. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Do not use. I ordered an item over 6 weeks ago. I keep emailing them but there response is always the same. ‘Thank you for your patience’ 😡😡

Dress was shocking material for the price I paid - when you send a dress without tags you know exactly what your doing so I can’t return it as per return policy on website shocking service.my dress literally came in a plastic zip SHEIN like bag with no tags or anything on it so I can’t return. absolute scammers !!!!

Item quality is not great, dress is quite thin.

Went to return the item… I have to ship it back to China.

They make themselves sound like a French company, with their registered address in The Netherlands and their returns depot in China.

No where on their website does it state returns are back to China.

They have a UK address on the items so why can’t I send it back here?

Absolutely disgusting! Brought from this brand a dress that came looking nothing like advertised, have been back and forth on email for weeks now and I am not spending £25 out of my own money to send back. HOW is this company still in business???

When i was concerned about the order I made wouldn't come in on time the customer service was excellent. I received quick and helpful responses each time i reached out. I was very happy with my order and my order did get delivered in time!!!

Guys, I want to help everyone further as one of the customers who took it to the end. If the item arrived Damaged or Defective (and you have a proof, which you also submitted to the seller/ eg photos / emails) you are within your rights to contact your bank and request a “CHARGEBACK”.Reason for charge back can be Defective Goods / Fail to refund. I recommend everyone to read more about it online, but as a UK customer I was able to get my bank to refund the funds to me after 3 months of back and forth with “le label de Paris” customer service.
In addition, I did spend £12 to ship the item back to China, however, it was stuck in customs because the seller never responded to enquiries from customs, which is very convenient.

If you were scammed by this “innovative entrepreneur” I strongly recommend to fight it until the end. The goods are not worth the money customers pay, these are not from France - they come from a cheap Chinese factory unfortunately.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered two dresses one apricot colour and they sent me grey. The other shocking quality, I have been communicating with then for them to cover the cost of return as stated in their return policy but they are saying I have to pay to return a dress they sent in error. And the return address is CHINA. Stay away at all costs Nothing French about this company!

Still waiting on order and the dress waa for my daughters birthday & graduation which has been & gone......i I've told them to keep the dress and refund my money but I keep getting an AI response from someone called Celine....i suspect not a real person. Total scam not a French label id say an off shoot of Temu or Shein DO NOT BUY

Please do NOT buy anything from this company it is a rip off, the item I received bears no resemble to the one I ordered, it took more than 4 weeks to get here, the quality is not just bad, it's awful and now I'm trying to get a refund. Be warned don't even think of ordering anything.

Avoid these scam at all cost. They take the money, provide you with fake tracking number and yiu get absolutely nothing. No chasing bothers anyone because the customer service is none existent.

This is a scam! You be safer ordering or temu then here. Clothes are bad quality and when you return the item its not free or easy. They dont have the correct address on the website so they say we cant refund as they didnt receive the item. SCAM!!!!

Paid £40 for a dress took 5 weeks to come and nothing like the pictures a completely different dress. Now I need to pay for return and custom fees which will be more than the refund

Zero stars !! This company is an absolute SCAM !!! Do not buy from it. Received my order after 6 weeks it’s nothing like what I ordered got some cheap bit of shit that’s not even worth €1. Absolutely disgusting that they get away with this. It’s obviously cheap tat from China. Wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before wasting my hard earned money !!!!

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed after spending $430 on three dresses, only to realise that I was scammed. I was excited for my order because the dresses looked high quality and the website seemed trustworthy, but instead I wasted a large amount of money and received nothing that was promised. One reason I feel so upset is because $430 is not a small amount of money, and I worked hard to earn it. Another reason is that the company ignored my messages and gave no proper explanation or refund, which made the situation even more stressful. I also feel angry because customers should be treated honestly and fairly, not deceived for profit. This experience has left me feeling let down, frustrated, and much more cautious about shopping online in the future.
