Their size guide is completely off. I’m in between a small and a medium. Based off of my measurements it said I should order a medium. It was so small I couldn’t even try and zip it. I requested a refund, they said I have to pay $35 to ship it back to CHINA!!! I have ordered from so many different fast fashion stores even though this was the most expensive. I’ve never had to pay to ship to CHINA.

Company refuses to refund my money for the return of two dresses. Numerous emails back and forth.... They are now saying they didn't receive the return but I have now doubt they did. I tracked the package to China. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I recently ordered 2 silk dresses from Rose Label and they were even more beautiful than on photos. Fabric is thin and beautiful, dresses are so elegant and gorgeous, I’ve got so many compliments. Quality is very good! Pretty fast delivery.

Absolutely love Rose Label. The pieces are beautifully made, feminine and elegant, but still feel unique and different from what you see everywhere else. The quality has always impressed me, and I’ve received so many compliments whenever I’ve worn their clothes. You can really feel that there’s thought behind the fabrics, cuts and little details. Such a beautiful brand and one I genuinely enjoy wearing.

The pieces are really good quality and look exactly like they do in the photos.

The cloths are ok. Average quality - not cheap but reasonable. Returns are complicated and expensive business with this company. The return policy on the website is very unclear and deceiving… the full information isn’t disclosed and very confusing. I would not recommend to buy anything from them since the return should be approved with back and forth emails and the shipping from US is around $47-60 with USPS. Lesson learned - never again!

I've been waiting for a refund of my return for over a month now. I followed their return process to the letter, they refuse the parcel on delivery - and then its send on to a parcel pick up shop, where they.. do not pick it up!
It's been nearly a month now since the parcel has been delivered to the pick up point and despite repeated writing to the customer service they undertake no action whatsoever. 0/10, do not buy from this business.

Requested return: both on the 8th + 16th of June
Request accepted: 19th of June
Shipped back: 23rd of June
Retour delivered: 10th of June

Throughout all this I kept them updated, provided tracking and requested repeatidly to be assisted, and refunded. Nothing.

I am absolutely delighted with the dress; the details, quality, originality of the design, and the pattern are all top-notch. And love this luxury silk.
