I’ve had a very positive experience working with Jason Ortman at Zoek. From our initial consultation onward, Jason has been professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding our project and goals.

He clearly explained the paid advertising process, what the team would be doing, and how we would be able to monitor important campaign information through the dashboard. I especially appreciate his organized approach, responsiveness, and respect for my time.

The onboarding experience has been smooth, and Jason has made the process feel approachable and transparent. I’m pleased with the service I’ve received so far and look forward to seeing the campaign develop. Five stars for Jason’s communication and customer service.

truly bad experience. i gave them 4 specific examples of what i wanted and they threw together a garbage wix template in about 30 minutes and it is nothing even close to what i asked for. now the claim they are not going to issue a refund. well we'll see what amex dispute resolution has to say. please people. do not hire Zoek

Incredibly experienced, friendly and helpful. There method of allowing customer to input their revisions is very helpful. In addition, their fees were very reasonable.

I hired Zoek Marketing to complete a professional website for me and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The website remains incomplete, despite the amount of time that has passed, and communication throughout the process has been frustrating. I have repeatedly tried to get answers and clarity about when the remaining work would be completed, without receiving the level of responsiveness I would expect from a professional website development company.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I hired Zoek for a specific professional purpose and had a meaningful timeline. I intended to use the completed website as part of my professional portfolio while pursuing an open position. Because of the delays, that opportunity has now passed, and I still do not have the completed website I paid for.

I have now requested a full refund because the contracted work has not been completed. While Zoek has a no-refund policy, my concern is not that I changed my mind about the service. My concern is that the service I purchased was not fully delivered.

I gave the process ample time and genuinely wanted this to be a successful experience. Unfortunately, based on the delays, lack of communication, and unfinished work, I cannot recommend Zoek Marketing.

General Manager -

I am writing to cancel the service agreement executed on July 1, 2026, and demand a full refund of our $1,199.00 advance payment.

As of today, July 23, 2026, twenty-three (23) days have passed, and your agency has failed to commence any substantive performance or creative work. While we have repeatedly reached out for project updates, your responses have been limited to sending the same automated website questionnaire. Sending repetitive onboarding intake forms does not constitute project initiation, service performance, or billable hours.

Because no actual services have been rendered, we require a full refund of $1,199.00 to our credit card within five (5) business days (by July 29, 2026). Please provide written confirmation within 48 hours that this contract is dissolved, our account balance is zero, and the credit card refund has been initiated. If the refund is not processed by July 29, 2026, we will immediately initiate a formal dispute with our credit card issuer for Services Not Received and provide our full communication log as evidence of non-performance.
