Stay away. Full of scammers and GYG takes their side. Support is very generic. You are tied to conditions but the travel providers are not. So they can change plans significantly with no refunds and cancellations.

So easy to use especially for the IT illiterate. Excursions accurately described and good value for money. Great experience all round.

Our small group tour was fantastic . Our guide yaya was so informative and lovely. Comfortable luxury van. Don’t be an afraid to use other than cruise ship tours , get your guide always gets you back in plenty of time .

Leo was our guide for a trip to Sintra. What a wonderful experience! He is a former history teacher who was able to answer all of our curious questions and provided interesting background stories. He made history come alive for us! And it was cool that he surprised us with a box of Sintra's famous tarts.

My Sintra hidden trails hike with Miguel from Volta Adventures was wonderful. HE made the private experience informative and fun. From discovering large frogs in swamps and seeing a cork tree for the very first time,, i must say was a highlight. Miguel is thoughtful, experienced and in tuned with his guests needs.
I would highly recommend booking again with get your guide as they are truely affiliated with wonderful tour companies . Making the experience wonderful

I recently purchase a single day bus tour in Istanbul for £48… it was a hop-on hop-off route around the city. On the day I could not attend the bus trip as I had a boat trip which was re-scheduled. I informed the GetYourGuide representatives on the day and stated I cannot make this trip and if they could refund or provide a credit against another excursion. They have not replied and not shown any willingness to contact me and resolve this issue.

I had asked a few questions 3x prior to the day of the excursion. I received the answers 30 minutes before I was picked up- too late to change it. Each time we were picked up-driver was 30 minutes late from what we were told. I was told there would be 12 stops & commentary about the area. There was about 2 sentences at each area as they drove by the areas. We got off at 2 different stops and that was all we had time for, since they picked us up 2 hours after each stop. Thought it was totally misleading.

A great boat trip with great music, but at the end the driver took us to an overpriced store where a bottle of water costs 180 lira, and we stood there for 20 minutes, even though by that time we could have been taken to the hotel (literally 20 km left). I give the boat a five and the driver a one.

I really enjoyed the Soul of Las Ramblas Tour! Francisco was also the perfect guide! From start to finish, he was super enthusiastic and showed us parts of Las Ramblas that I had never noticed before, even though I used to live really close by.
This tour is worth doing if it’s your first time in Barcelona, but just as much if you have visited before or even live here. There are so many little details, stories and historical facts you would otherwise completely miss, which made the tour super interesting. And we had a lot of fun along the way!

Ending the tour with a Flamenco show was so nice! Francisco had already told us more about the history of Flamenco and explained what to pay attention to, especially how the dancers, singers and guitarist interact with each other. Knowing a bit more about what was happening on stage made the performance even more beautiful to watch.

Highly recommend this tour if you want to experience Las Ramblas in a completely different way!

This is essentially an automated service so don’t expect any level of customer service support if the slightest thing doesn’t go to plan. You cannot trust the service providers on the platform who say they are available on telephone numbers provided and via text messaging. I wasted money and wasted time trying to get any refund or credit. Hopeless and I deleted the app

This is a rip off organisation. Don’t book with these people, they will just take your money. Customer service is a joke. Nightmare to deal with and I know after 2 months have to recovers the funds from the bank, which will take another 4-8 weeks to resolve. Stay away or use Klook.
